    No clue as to my measurement as vanity is far from my goals. However, I know for a fact that my arms were bigger several years ago when I actually cared and gave some sort of value to myself as a person based upon my arm size. I know that you love to pound your aesthetics gavel, but you fail to realize that it is a result of your training protocol and not the AAS cocktail that you choose to use. Look, Ippy, your arrogance is well established and I know my efforts are wasted on you, but you need a serious overhaul in your approach to training and need to stop thinking that anabolics are your only means of improvement as you have many holes in your diet and training.

    The problem is that your biceps were puffy and as far as i know, youve pin multiple times... so i prefer my method, thanks , speciallly because mine look shredded , not puffy :P

    Puffy? Sorry, those pics were taken in December and January... most people look a little "puffy" then. You also keep forgetting that not everyone is trying to look 2 weeks out from their next Ms. Fitness contest.

    Yes, I am dabbling in TRT dose Test E right now and ran a short (6 or so week) cycle that I decided to stop after my BP got too high for comfort and no longer had gym access anyway. No Test was used within 10 months of those pics, btw.

    Have you even pinned yourself yet or are you still paying someone else to do it for you?

    Could you please elaborate on your "methods" in this super-informative log you are running? And don't forget your 'method for dehydrating yourself to get ripped'. I'm sure somebody else would love to hear how those gymnasts taught you to do that one.

    is it just me......but someone who has 16inch arms and says they dont want 17inches..........BUT are currently running 500mg test with tbol or sd or whatever the **** cocktail hes at now (kinda screams 'i wanna grow a bit' no?)

    then he knocks ice and rodja for pinning while he is currently pinning?

    I'm in loads of aas but I do high rep low weight bc I'm toning...specially curls in the squat rack they really tone my arms...my ass is lacking tho I gotta start toning my behind lol totally not srs

    I know what you mean man. I use the Olympic bars on the bench press and do curls there... Also I make sure to hit my chest with 7-10 high rep sets 3 times a week to tone it....

    Tha fact that i have tons of haters makes me feel important, however, i dont have the time for them, now i will try to keep the log on track

    First i will extend the cycle to 14 weeks, i am using HCG and well, i guess it wouldnt hurt... now as for the cycle, ive been feeling a lil bit lethargic lately, but my strength is increasing a lot, specially my legs. altho, libido is a lil bit down, and i wonder why, since i am using proviron and test... not sure if its because the exem or what, but its a lil bit down, i also been taking tons of carbs but from today i will lower them as much as i can to see what happens, high carbs are a mess to me and they also mess with my libido when i am not on... also despite the inmense carb intake, the veins in my abs are showing more day by day, so i guess i am losing fat while i gain muscle, right now i am 82 kgs, when i first started i was 74 kgs.... so it is something actually... some sais i would look puffy on test, but not me really, i dont look puffy, i look more shredded, i will post pics in a few hours, last night i went to party and didnt sleep much, so once i am recovered i will take pics (oh and no, i didnt drink... just a few sips of beer and thats it)....

    Ups:

    Increased strength

    Increased motivation (i feel happy all day)

    Extreme concentration

    Fat loss

    I never get sore after workouts

    Size

    No test shrinkage as i expected... some of my friend told me theyre tests were extreme smile on cycle, but not me, and i am at the end of week 8


    Downside:

    Libido loss (i mean i have great sexual performance, but during the day i dont feel i have too much libido)

    Lethargy but i also was sick the entire week so i dunno... (altho i was sick i still had strenght to g to the gym)

    I would say no. Use a compound that doesn't aromatize as a finisher. Dbol is notorious for causing gyno and bloat. Although a personal favorite of mine I would not want to trifle with it and sides at the end of a cycle.

    Anavar, Epi, Winny, SD are all great finishers

    SD is no more toxic than Dbol. SD at 30mg had the same effect on my lipids as 50mg of dbol.

    He's used it before, but didn't like it cuz it made him all "puffy" and he lost the little bit of muscle he gained from it.

    hey thanks a lot for the input.... i will consider anavar then, i also have SD ... but the toxicity worries me. epi sounds amazing, didnt think about it, thanks bro... so the options are, Epi, anavar and SD in that order, will decide soon.... winny, id like to, but since i am using provi, i am not sure if it would be 2 much.
