Ill be taking super dmz in about a week.
First 4 weeks:
Super dmz (1 capsule am 1 capsule pm)
Advanced cycle support
Now, for my test booster can I just take any highly rated one or something specific?
Ill be upping my fish oil intake too and I'm on the fence about getting milk thistle.
Next four weeks:
Nov 20/20/10/10
The same test booster
Would this get me by or do I have any significant holes? I'm a complete noob to this. I'm a natural powerlifter and competitive grappler looking to up my strength
