first cycle propositions
i am planning to run one of the following cyclew but i am little confused
so testo - primo...
testo - boldenone...or testo alone???
my goal is to add 7-8 kgs...
i am very low in bf% and my workout is the following
40' cardio on empty stomach at 7o pm
and my workout at 16:00 with another 30' cardio at the end of my programm
i am working out 5 days per week
so i am open to your proposals and your opinions...

Id run Test E weeks 1-11. Mon 250 mg , Thur 250 mg, HCG 250 iu x 2 weekly also. Start PCT 2 weeks after last pin

If im not mistaken 63 kg is about 135 lbs ?? That is very undersized. And 4% bodyfat is what most pro bodybuilders are at on stage.. Post up a picOriginally Posted by gspyropo

Looking good man. Didnt mean anything personal by the stats, im just used to guys not knowing what they're doing and looking for quick fix. What are you looking for from this cycle? If your looking to lean bulk then I suggest something as follows (btw you didnt tell me your previous cycle history so im assuming this will be your first:
Weeks 1-4 turanabol 50 mg ED
Week 1-12 Test E 500mg , Split twice weekly.
Weeks 5-12 HCG 250 iu twice weekly
Weeks 5 - 12 armidex 0.5 EOD
For PCT I will let someoneone else chime in as I personally do NOT like nolvadex. And combine clomid with other OTC things. But I dont no the common protocol around here

as i have allready mentioned a want some good gains 7-8 kgs without much water retention...i like the cycle you proposed me since does not put much water and bloating...now concerning my stats i am stucked at these kg for 3 years and thats because i am trying to stay lean all year round

Try taking a couple extra rest days a week.
Lower ur sets and reps. Eat more carbs and a little more protien.
Cut cardio out completly, cardio makes bulkin impossible
Ur probably exerting to many cals from ur diet.
The only reason im saying this is becuase a few ppl i know in ur condition did a cycle then later regreated it. Ether the soon went back to norm or ended up with some extra fluff after cycle
Test e solo or with deca is pretty much the beginner route
