  1. reverse dieting/transitioning into a bulk

    I have been cutting for summer and am almost ready to begin a dbol/test e cycle,

    is it recommended to keep eating the same cals for the first two weeks then slowly bumping it up in order to continue losing fat in the beginning until maintenance is reached and ease into a bulking phase for the remainder of cycle?

    I ask so I am able to maximise results with minimal rebound fat gain.


  2. Are you doing cardio? Apprx body fat?

  3. No cardio other than walking/days chores which calories are accounted for. My deficit comes fron diet n weights.

    Id guess around 13% body fat, its very hard for me to get to 10, but it rebounds quite quickly
