    Pct went great, you'll enjoy not having to pop as many pills all day long. It was my first cycle and I was nervous to use a serm from reading horror stories but torem was a great choice I plan on using it again for this upcoming cycle. Im just taking erase now to prevent any rebounds. Advice on ur serm if its liquid then try not to take it alone. Take a swig of a protein shake or milk or juice and KEEP it IN ur mouth THEN squirt in RC Chem and don't breathe just swallow and wash it down.

    seated hammer curls 12*40 10*40 10*40 plus weight of ez bar. suerset with
    tricep pushdowns 12*75 12*105 10*105
    Close grip preacher curls with ez bar 10*40 3 sets plus bar. superset with
    tricep db kickbacks 12*15 3 sets
    overhand curl on ez bar 12*20 10*20 10*20 plus bar. superset with
    one arm underhand tricep pulldowns 8*45 10*40 12*35
    macros 2950 cals 77g fat 335 g carbs 180 g protein

    Yeah I am lookin foward to pct bc of that reason ha im takin like 40 pills a day.. And good tip on the serm I heard it taste like straight crap. How far into pct are you? And overall how many lbs did you go up and how much did your squat bench and deads go up? Sorry for all the questions homie just like to hear reviews and feedback

    No prob my dude, I ran epi for 4 weeks at 30 all the way. Small cycle. Pct was 4 weeks I am basically done with it just taking AI (erase) now. I ATE those 4 weeks more then ever went from like 160 to 178 it was nuts. In pct I leaned out a bit I'm at like 173 now leaner. Almost all major lifts I gained 15-25 lbs. not gonna lie I dropped the ball towards the end and in pct because of lethargy and Dropping cals. But I'd still say I kept at least half the gains I made i was happy for my first cycle, i almost ordered test e. but decided to go with a ph cycle once more before i hit the aas Now I'm gonna do a 8 weeker go up to 40-50 on epi and run stano for the lethargy.

    Wow man you responded great to the epi! I would be damn proud of a 13lb gain after pct. Im only up 4 lbs and im comin on to week 4,i guess I should prolly up my cals. The epi is cuttin me up more wich I didnt really want but oh well. My next cycle is going to be test e with dbol as my kicker for sure

    Wow man I see a big difference in ur chest and arms. I think it was the massive amounts of food I was eating, I was aiming to bulk up with epi and cut after. Some of that weight was water weight and fat and what not. Yeah test e dbol is my ideal aas run but I think b4 that ill run test e solo.

    Thanks man I appreciate ya. Yeah im about to be going home for a few weeks for college break so ill get to smash mad food there ha and I wont have to pay for it yeah test e solo would be straight as hell im just tryin to find a legit and good ugl to purchase from

    Sorry been real busy but day 41 was chest back and tris. Didnt write down what I did but it was an alright workout I felt a little lethargic.. Macros 3010 cals 84g fat 356g carbs 182g protein
    Day 42 was shoulders and bis. Agian sorry Im not gunna log this workout either bc im in the process of moving so im real busy. The pump from the epi and hemavol together is nuts! If I have the money hemavol is definatley going to be a staple! I had a great workout. I promise to keep my log updated

    Day 44 was a rest day. I moved today and went out to eat alot so I didnt even keep track of my macros. I ate a lot of good sushi. Yum! I prolly wont be able to hit the gym till sunday I might hit some cardio today but if not no biggie. Got my inhibit p today so ill prolly start dosing that at 2 caps a day until im done with pct

    Hey yall I know its been a minute since I updated but ive.been super busy since I moved. Not much really new to note im gunna bump the stano to 900 and the epi is still at 56. Im up about 5 lbs and got one more week left ill get back to the daily log
