Monday Chest/tri workout
70/80/85/90x 3 reps only (reached failure) +5lb/ea(10)
40/47.5/52.5/52.5 x 3 reps only (reached failure) +7.5lb/ea(15)
Machine chest press
Wf9/wf13/wf15 x 3 rep
Cable tricep extension (rope)
Wf10/wf13/wf16 +2wfx 4 rep +DROP wf10/8/6
Cable overhead extension (rope)
Galileo fly burnout
Wf7 x 25 reps +1 WF and more reps/ wf5 x 30 reps / wf3 x 40 reps
Today's workout was so-so.. I went up in weight in several workouts, but i only managed to do a few reps for most of those so i dont see it as anything to get excited about. My shoulders were in pain for some reason; therefore i didn't do incline bench or dips today..
How am i feeling overall? Normal; i didnt feel anywhere near as pumped as friday, and i don't feel 'on' yet. I guess that's what you have to deal with when messing with long esters
I will weigh in tomorrow to track progress
