first ph ...making all kindsss of gainzz with h-drol!!! LOG
FIRST OFF this is my first ph ever!! I'm 23 an 180 pounds . iv been training for a few years now going from fat 208 pounds to a skinny 140 back a 180 under 12% bf all natural.. my plains for this cycle are to gain 8-10 pounds lean mass with lil fat gain

CYCLE ASSIT
MY DIET IS AT 3400 CALD 500 OVER MAT USING MY FITNESS PAL TO TRACK IT
TO DAY IS THE 10 DAY OF THE CYCLE AN SO FAR IM LOVIN IT I STARTED AT 174 SO THATS +6 POUNDS ON SIDES SO FAR AN MY STRENGTH IS GOING UP ON ALL LIFTS ILL BE UPLOADING PICS SOON - 10-14-2012, 11:51 PM
is that all you got for your cycle? no taurine, test, booster, ai? btw i start my preload for hdrol a week from today, good job with the natty progress

I had preloaded milk tris an hawnberry for 10 days then started taken cycle assit when i started my cycle
i have daa witch imma just taken last week of cycle till end of pct at 3 gs a day
And i have erase imma start taken end of first week of pct
imma thinking i should be okay ?? no sides so far todays day 11.

i think i look bigger but who knows lol
i do no my lifts r going up tho an my workouts have been epic
todays workout PUSH
flat bb bench ,170x 8 for 4 sets 185x 6 for 2 sets
incline db: 70x 8 ,70x8, 65x8 , 65 x 8
bb press: 125 x8 for 3 sets
skulls: 75 x8 4 sets
push downs 70x 8 2 sets
felt great today!!! loving h-drol so for!! an i don't think it even kicked in yet .. can't wait till week 3 - 10-15-2012, 11:18 PM

hello guys!!! well yesterday was leg day anddd yea i when hamm lol
squats : 280x8 for 4 sets / up 5 pounds from last work out
stiff leg deadlifts: 165x10 for 3 sets
leg press 5plates on each side. 3 set of 10
an calfs
over all great work out
well tomorrow starts week 3 an I can't wait for its here feeling every body talks about weigh still up 183 might up the cals soon
