FIRST OFF this is my first ph ever!! I'm 23 an 180 pounds . iv been training for a few years now going from fat 208 pounds to a skinny 140 back a 180 under 12% bf all natural.. my plains for this cycle are to gain 8-10 pounds lean mass with lil fat gain

TO DAY IS THE 10 DAY OF THE CYCLE AN SO FAR IM LOVIN IT I STARTED AT 174 SO THATS +6 POUNDS ON SIDES SO FAR AN MY STRENGTH IS GOING UP ON ALL LIFTS ILL BE UPLOADING PICS SOON
