    Decided to do a cardio weights session. Light weights, supersets and reduced rest periods between exercises. Had a decent sweat up that's for sure.
    Cals for today 2261 protein 226g carbs 106g 20 fibrous fats 104g.
    Been dosing 4 liv52 tabs per day along with two fish oil tabs and I just started taking glucosamine today.
    No new sides. The cotton mouth I was experiencing has not been there today.
    Thinking of starting DMZ tomorrow at 32mg daily.

    Was going to have an off day today but ended up hitting the gym for a bit of cardio. 250cals LISS style.
    I have the start of a four pack coming through. When I flex my abs I can see the top four distinctly still have a lot of work to do tho. Another 10lb should do the trick. I think I've lost more than 5lb but IMO epi is making me store more glycogen etc.
    Planning on actually having an off day tomorrow before starting 8 solid days of lifting!!
    Cals for day 22 are 2198 247g protein 66g carbs 30 fibrous and 99g fats. Almost perfect day diet wise.
    Not going to start DMZ until next Monday. Will run it for 4 weeks and epi for 6.

    Having an off day today so not much to report on. Diet was perfect today 2188cals 247g protein 64g carbs 29fibrous 99g fats.
    Going to hit the big three tomorrow. If I can get six reps it's too light

    haha man running dmz and epi will definetly see you jumping up in strength week to week! just be careful about yon liver with those two compounds. niice man, soon ull be earning not only decent pay but ull have regular eating intervals which will definetly come in handy when the Dr Luke & Mr Steve Transmogrification Story begins! Eh its going ok i guess, my wieghts still about the same but i can JUST see my top two abs when i flex them, i was hoping to have more definition by now considering how strict my diet is, but maybe im getting some water retention from the "creatine".

    Im quite looking forward to seeing some benefits aye man. Im going to try the 40kg dbs for shoulder press tomorrow and see how I go. Yeah man as soon as I see any of the telltale signs of major liver stress I'll be stopping immediately.
    Haha the transmogrification will be fun. Way more fun than this cutting business!

    Had a decent workout today but by the end I was struggling to put up previous numbers.

    20mins LISS cardio afterwards. I had forgotten how much this workout kills me when going heavy. Can usually go a bit heavier but not much. Really felt the need to carbup a bit so since I'll be awake for 24 hours it's going to give me a chance to get in around 350g carbs.
    Cals 4243 protein 380g carbs 360g 33 fibrous 138g carbs.
    Going to smash shoulders tomorrow! Can't wait! Going for PRs!!

    No weights on stack but 3 x 12

    DB shrugs

    110kg 240lb x 10 x 10 will bump this weight up on next shoulder day. Felt light.

    Finished off with 30mins cardio LISS style for a 190cal burn.
    I'm back on days off tomorrow so I'll probably be double training a bit over the next 5 days. Weights in the morning and cardio in the afternoon.
    Cals 2814 bit high in the fats again. Don't know how I keep doing this lol. 282g protein 115carbs 10 fibrous 132g fats.
    Not noticing too much in the sides department apart from having to pi$$ every 40 minutes.

  17. Also focking really happy finally getting the 40kgs up on DB shoulder press! They were really heavy but I got a solid four reps before my spotter had to help me out for another couple forced reps. :happyface:

    I think I'm starting to see some of the strength increases from the epi as I've hit PRs in both of my last workouts. Been having a few headaches here and there but nothing major.

    Had an unplanned off day today. All my furniture turned up for my new pad and I spent all day organizing things.
    Have had a wicked headache all day and no matter how many pain relief tabs I take it just keeps getting worse.
    Didnt track cals today but it would have been around the 2k mark with over 220g protein.
    Planning on hitting legs tomorrow morning fasted.

    Had a decent workout. Felt really good. I had some stacked old guy come up to me while I was squatting and commented on how good my form was under 3 plates a side.
    Diet was on point today 2342 calories 225g protein 91g carbs 31 fibrous and 116g fats.
    Not feeling a great deal from 30mg epi. Am going to bump it up tomorrow to 40mg and add in DMZ. What I have noticed is an increased drive in the gym. A couple guys that I know said I've put on a bit of mass. I can't see it tho and considering I've been on a deficit for 4 weeks now I doubt I've gained anything.

  25. Could be possible that you look more muscular from losing some BF and so you may visually look "bigger" to some people.
