Was feeling strong so I bumped up the weight a fair bit and nailed it!
100kg 225lb x 10 x 10 x 10 PR! Weight and reps
Don't know why the stiff legged deads were so easy. Previous PR was 175 from memory so the 225 was surprising to say the least.
Calories on point. Maintenance with around 100g carbs.
My body has some severe doms. All over it's quite good/bad lol
