Today was the first day my elbow wasn't playing up but I still stayed away from the exercises that aggravate it, hence all the cable work for tris. Had an awesome pump from the curls.

Taking today and tomorrow off lifting as I'm giving my body and my joints especially a few days off. My hip flexor is feeling normal again and my elbows are finally feeling normal too so I'm hoping having a couple days off should make them 100%.
