Had an off day today. Was really tired after three night shifts and considering I'm going to max out on my main lifts on my next three workouts I could probably use the rest.
Cals a bit low but that's ok as I'll only be awake for around 9 hours. Calories 1783 protein 182g carbs 20g 11g fibrous fats 97g
Going to try 285 for bench tomorrow 485 for deads on Wednesday and 355 on squats. I've never lifted these weights before haven't even come close so it should be interesting.
