    lean bro, can def see it in your upper body and arms! side question for you...how long did you run the Albuterol (8wks?) as for the berries I tried to google how many to eat but couldn't find jack....all it says is not to eat the seeds because they contain cyanide. I would imagine that the seeds are gone in the ones you have but just in case. Though I would imagine that amount of cyanide isn't enough to really harm you unless it was in larger amounts, kind of like apple seeds that also contain cyanide but i know people that always eat the whole apple.

    Cheers bro!! I've been making some nice improvements! Going to kick it up a notch Friday for five days. Weights in morning with cardio and some LiSS in the afternoon. With DMZ hopefully I shouldn't lose any muscle. I got the official approval of my injects cycle tonight! our bulk off is ON!! 8)

    Haha I was waiting for someone to say something!

    I'm quite happy with the way things are going at the moment but things should start slowing down when I start pct in a couple weeks. I ran the albuterol for about 6 weeks. I think my body may have gotten used to it by then as I wasn't getting any sides at all from it.
    Haha cyanide?? Really?? Don't think I'll be touching them then. Or apple cores from now on thanks lol.
    I probably won't worry about it now anyways tbh as I've only got a couple weeks to get through so I'm sure I'll be fine it's not that high that I NEED to get it under control.

    I was going to hit the big three today but my calves were really sore so I skipped squats and just did deads... Lots of deads and finished off with some bench.

    Deadlifts
    60kg 135lb x 12
    100kg 225lb x 10
    190kg 430lb x 5 PR weight and reps
    180kg 405lb x 6
    170kg 375lb x 7
    160kg 350lb x 8
    140kg 315 x 10 x 10
    100kg 225lb x 12

    Bench press
    100kg 225lb x 10 x 10 x 10 x 9

    80 or so reps for deads. My previous PR was 405 for 2 so a 25lb increase thus far. Next week I'm going to try 455lb 200kg. It was quite funny actuality one of the guys from work comes in when I just got the 430 on an he says "don't kid yourself you can't lift that" I spin around and casually say "watch me" and repped out 5! 8)
    Today's my changeover between days and nights so it's carb day. Cals 3743 protein 326g carbs 426g 25 fibrous fats 87g. Love me carb day.

    niice man, it'll definetly be close as to who can get the most shredded! aah lucky dude! it will definetly be a much more enjoyable comp i can tell you, this cutting sucks!

    Yeah man i think you'll edge me out during the later stages due to me having to go natty for awhile to keep the girl happy. Haha yeah bro cutting sucks ass. It's worth it when you see your physique changing... still sucks tho lol

    hahaha hey hey who said i was doing anything other than creatine and 20 bananas a day eh? :P aah the joys of having a judgemental missus eh? if you had to make a choice between her and chemical perfection...atleast the tren doesnt talk back to you (well the good stuff anyways) haha yeah im sort of happy with the changes so far, though i wont be satisified till i get of these damn jelly rolls!

    I didn't have a spotter today so I couldn't do shoulders ( need spotter to help me get the 90s up ) so I hit some arms instead. Had a sleeping pill hangover as well so arms was an easy choice lol.

    So my plan on tearing ish up in the gym isn't off to a good start because the gym is closed due to a mma tournament.
