    If you started at 92kg and 24% bf, that is 22kgs of fat, to be 80kg @ 5% you are gonna need to pack on about 5 kg of muscle at the same time.
    Huge effort but you are gonna need to pump some serious gear into yourself.

    Going from my weigh in on Monday I have 12.3kg of bf on me at 15%. If I lose 6kg that should put me at around 8-9% Granted there will be some water that I'll need to lose but hopefully not more than a kg or two since I've already dropped a fair bit. 78kg is my goal but I'm hoping with epi and DMZ I should beable to put on a couple kgs an hopefully peak at 80kg at 10% or less

    yeah ive done the numbers, prior to the surgery i was 96kg and 15% BF so im hoping i can regain as much lost muscle via muscle memory on this 90 day gig, aaand cant really comment on what im on since im trying to be fitness model

    weight update: im now 89kg , although that maybe due to the fact that i was sick last night from eating a kangaroo steak, its the second time ive tried to eat it and the second time its made me quite ill, so despite how good its supposed to be for your body, im going to switch it for lean beef mince instead.

    Have you tried roo mince? I found the roo steaks are a bit too chewy.

    havent tried roo mince, though i can EAT kanga just fine its keeping the shyte down thats the problem! i dont mind the taste; bit weird like a cross between lamb and beef, and something else, maybe a weird chickeny taste, eh i dont think ill try anything with roo in it again, honestly feeling like im gonna puke for 6 hours and cant sleep is not something i want to experience again!

Yeah mines going aight, for some reason im back up to 90kg last time i weighed myself, im doing a carb-up today and then ill introduce a small amount everyday rather than trying to go zero carbs, as my strength has gone down on some lifts and my weight-loss has stalled. hahaha whats been going on man? you been getting tempted too much by dat dere makdonuldz?

    That's no good bro! yeah I do under 100g carbs for most of the week and then one day I'll have like 250 and that seems to just stock me back up! Nah it wasn't that bad but you know what it's like when you move house you kinda just eat what you can. Last time I weighed in I was 85.3 which was a surprise after the few days I had prior to weighing in! I'll be back up after a carbup I'm sure ! How's your PT assignments going??

    yeah i have no idea why consideirng my diet was basically all meat and veggies, and i weighed myself in the morning no food and after a massive dump :P, yeah im thinking of having maybe 100g of white rice a day 6 days a week and every friday just go overboard with rice and sweet potato whilst still maintaining the same amount of protein and veggies. aah yeah i understand man, hahah seems like ive got some catching up to do! ive just been to a chinese resturaunt for lunch and had 2 large servings of rice and then for dinner i had 2 steaks and 4 gluten free buns, im just about to have 300g lean mince with 100g of white rice, and then my last meal (if i can stomach it) will be 250g of Basa Fillet with another 100g of rice which should end up being a decent carb up day actually good man, im jus twaiting for my cert III to come in the mail, ive done all the theory for cert IV, im doing the cert IV theory exam on monday, im not too sure what i need to do for the practical side of Cert IV though, ill ask when i hand in my exam, but considering im back to lifting i should be able to handle it. whats the ETA of you doing OH&S?

    Why white rice?? White rice is a simple carb from memory. Why don't you eat brown rice?

    Yah bro cert4 prac is easy! You should breeze through it! When I did mine I had a massive surgical incision down to my tailbone and I still passed.... I ended up bleeding all over the bathroom afterwards but I passed lol!
    I've just about got all the info I need to make an informed decision about it. From what I've been told, since I have an emergency response background I should be able to skip cert 4 oh&s and jump straight into the diploma! So that cuts about 12 months off my study time

    no its still complex, its just alot more refined than brown, its the same as white bread etc, not much good starch and faster digesting, but my mum didnt buy any brown rice, so i had to make do. haha im the opposite, i used to live off just rice and potato when i first got diagnosed with celiacs, and i used to really gorge on brown rice when i did cross country in highschool, so im used to eating huge amounts of just carbs, im not used to eating the amount of meat im currently taking though haha! ah sweet as, hopefully it'll be easier than the cert III prac which was a f'king nightmare to get done! hahaha man thats nasty bro, atleast you didnt bleed on anyone, imagine trying to spot someone on the bench for ur prac and then bleeding all over their face :P oh nice man! sounds like you can give the fkwits at your job the flick and then switch to your dream job, and then you'll be able to have steady meals since no more night shift

    So after two weeks of a calorie deficit I weighed in today at 85.1kg 187.5lb. Progress. My girlfriend commented how my tummy has gone down so that's nice that she noticed
    I started epi today at 20mg daily and will start DMZ when my liver supports arrive. Ive been preloading milk thistle and will continue taking that until my liv52 and my aegis liver support arrives in a couple days.

    Alpha-1 will start shortly for a 4 week cycle and Clen will be here in 2 weeks, will jump on that straight away.

    Sounds like you've got a solid plan bro. What makes you think you've lost muscle?? You'll always lose a few reps etc when your carb depleted. The stomach is the main area I need to lose it lol I don't really store it anywhere else.

    That's the thing, I haven't lost any reps and weights lifted are still increasing even tho I'm dropping body weight. I was expecting them to.
    I've got some of those body weight/fat scales. Probably not too accurate, as long as they are consistent so I can see what is going on.

    If your not losing reps or strength I doubt your losing any muscle bro! I wouldn't take too much notice of them bodyfat scales man. They're not accurate.... At all.

    So my liv52 turned up today... Also bumped up epi dose to 30mg. Let's hope this epi lives up to the hype !

    So my week three weigh in was yesterday and I've put on .5kg. I don't think it's fat as such but epi is starting to fill me up with glycogen etc. Week two of epi and I'm going to stick with 30mg for this week and then bump it up to 40mg next week as well as introducing DMZ. On a positive note when I flex my abs I can see a distinct outline of a four pack.... Still have my work cut out for me tho!
