Not much you can do tho man when your sidelined with injuries. I had to take 5 months off with my back and then just as I got back into it I tore a rotator cuff tendon. Once I got back in the gym I wasn't lifting much more than my girl lol. Now that was embarrassing!!! 5%? you've got your work cut out for you! I'll be happy at 80kg at under 10% in 8 weeks! Going from my weigh in on Monday I have 12.3kg of bf on me at 15%. If I lose 6kg that should put me at around 8-9% Granted there will be some water that I'll need to lose but hopefully not more than a kg or two since I've already dropped a fair bit. 78kg is my goal but I'm hoping with epi and DMZ I should beable to put on a couple kgs an hopefully peak at 80kg at 10% or less

weight update: im now 89kg , although that maybe due to the fact that i was sick last night from eating a kangaroo steak, its the second time ive tried to eat it and the second time its made me quite ill, so despite how good its supposed to be for your body, im going to switch it for lean beef mince instead.

havent tried roo mince, though i can EAT kanga just fine its keeping the shyte down thats the problem! i dont mind the taste; bit weird like a cross between lamb and beef, and something else, maybe a weird chickeny taste, eh i dont think ill try anything with roo in it again, honestly feeling like im gonna puke for 6 hours and cant sleep is not something i want to experience again!

That's no good bro! yeah I do under 100g carbs for most of the week and then one day I'll have like 250 and that seems to just stock me back up! Nah it wasn't that bad but you know what it's like when you move house you kinda just eat what you can. Yah bro cert4 prac is easy! You should breeze through it! When I did mine I had a massive surgical incision down to my tailbone and I still passed.... I ended up bleeding all over the bathroom afterwards but I passed lol!
I've just about got all the info I need to make an informed decision about it. From what I've been told, since I have an emergency response background I should be able to skip cert 4 oh&s and jump straight into the diploma! So that cuts about 12 months off my study time

So after two weeks of a calorie deficit I weighed in today at 85.1kg 187.5lb. Progress. My girlfriend commented how my tummy has gone down so that's nice that she noticed
I started epi today at 20mg daily and will start DMZ when my liver supports arrive. Ive been preloading milk thistle and will continue taking that until my liv52 and my aegis liver support arrives in a couple days.
