SD & Dermacine bridge to Epi log
Hey all! I'm fixing to do my first log on this site in a week and thought I'd go ahead an log my results. This will be my 4th DS cycle and decided with the SD bridging to Epi, to combat any gyno issues. I've never had any in the past but, not looking to make it a first. My cycle will look like this:
Dermacrine 4 pumps a day for the first 4 weeks
IBE Epistane 0/0/30/45/45/60
AI not sure but leaning towards Erase prolly dose 0/0/3/3/2/1
I'm looking at doing a lean bulk with about 5k cals for the first 4 weeks and going super high in carbs, and then tapering off towards the end.
Im going to be ramping up the carbs and cals again in PCT. This first week I won't log my diet or workouts while I'm pre-loading but, if I get bored, I may do so. I'm also going to post up some pics later this week before I actually start the dosing. Follow along, post up, ask questions, give advice, what ever is welcome. Thanks for looking.

Well, because its expensive and hard to find, plus I'm just using it to battle lethargy and to keep my libido up during the SD. I shouldn't have any of those problems while using the Epi.Originally Posted by chris223

The derm would be nice for those final weeks, I don't even know off hand if it is in stock. I am not saying you need it though, some dont have any libido issues, and others have positive libido changes, all depends on individual.

Well looks like Saturday is D Day. Been doing a full body split the last two weeks and undecided on what kind of split or frequency for the cycle. Wife is gonna bust out the clippers and get me all prepped for pics still to come. Getting antsy!

Well I still don't have a a freaking training split. I do know this, M/W/F and Sun are my early days. Which I will reserve for cardio and lighter work. Tue and Thur are my late days, so I will prolly reserve for bigger body parts such as Legs and Back. I'm thinking Chest/Back I will pair and do legs by themselves. Will just play it by ear.

Well I didn't make it to the gym this past weekend. I ended up going hunting the last two days but I did hit up the gym this am. I started dosing on Sat. and only did 10 mg knowing I wasn't going in to the gym. Did the same thing Sun. Didn't track my macros, shame on me! However, today is a new day. Workout this am was back and bis.

Felt pretty good this morning and feeling in a great mood. No noticeable sides but one, I get a red itchy rash from the dermacrine but I had that problem last time I ran it. No biggie. Will try to get my pics up tonight as I try to get this log up and running full steam. Will post my diet today as well.

I seem to get the red application area only on my upper chest. No idea why just that location.

1 scoop of whey
3 egg whites
1/4 cup of Colby Jack
1/2 cup oats
1 tbspn PB
2 tbspn PB
8 oz ground venison
1/2 cup of brown rice
Romaine Salad w/light Caesar
1/2 cup of oats
1 scoop of whey
4 oz pork shoulder
1 whole wheat tortilla
2 slices of Swiss
12 oz top sirloin
1 sweet potato
1 cup of cottage cheese
4 tbspn of light cool whip
1 scoop of whey
2 tbspn of PB
3800 cals. 352 protein 200 carbs 162 fats
I'm not liking these numbers so much. I may lay off the fats and up the carbs. I know I said 5000 cals was the goal but I'm thinking like 4000 is ok. I feel like a bloated fish. 2300 is BMR and 3000 will get me gaining. Ima stick with 3500-4000 for now.

Pics from today. 245 lbs here. Saturdays weight was 238 up 7 lbs. I suspect water weight for sure. Will post today's workout along with my macros later on.

Again, I suspect it is merely water weight. This considering my diet right before hand was low carb and I'm now doubling my daily water intake.

Didn't hit the calories I wanted yesterday 290 protein 207 carbs 116 fats 3200 cals for the day.
It hit the gym for cardio this am and did 45 min on the elliptical at 140-150 bpm and plan on cutting the carbs for today and ramping them up again tomorrow for leg workout tomorrow night. I'm felling pretty good aside from feeling bloated. I think the dermacrine has done a good job so far, bc I dont feel tired and my libido has felt really high. I just may try to scrounge up another bottle for the end of the cycle.

Yesterday's Macros: 3600 total cals, 413 protein, 138 fat, 172 carbs. Dropped my carbs but not like I was shooting for. That's ok tho. All of my carbs have been complex. I'm really thinking of ditching my oats in lieu of grits and really liking the sweet potatoes, brown rice, and white potatoes. They leave me feeling full but not bloated. I'm gonna eat my first dirty meal of the cycle tonight after working legs. I'm thinking pizza or something. Is there anything I can add instead of oats for carbs in my shakes that will get me my carbs but not feel so bloated?

Yeah my goal is to hit 200+ while cycling to take advantage of the compound. It's discouraging because I feel fat, so now I'm jogging around ideas in my head to hit the carbs without the bloat, while staying moderate GI on my carbs.
On a side note, I was awarded a bottle of PES Erase Pro for my PCT along with a bottle of DAA.
My question, should I ditch the Bioforge in lieu of the DAA or add the Bioforge? I'm obligated to run and log the DAA, so it's gonna stay.
One last thing, I was reminded that the Epsitane is a 10mg dose and not the 15mg I once ran before, so my dosing will look a little diff. I'm thinking 0/0/30/40/50/60 to wrap things up.

All I have to say is holy back pumps and calf pumps. Time to put the taurine to good use. I have a rotator cuff injury from years ago playing softball nagging me so I'm taking it easy on my shoulders. It really gives me hell doing bench press. Will post today's macros tomorrow. Haven't noticed any strength increases yet, hoping week two I will start seeing lifts go up. I definitely feel pumped and can go longer in the gym.
