  1. I freaking hit the carb motherload yesterday! My macros were 311 protein 422 carbs 100 fats 3700 cals. I've decided just to keep my carbs high, while running the beast, just like I planned, and deal with the bloat. I'm just gonna keep the oats to a minimum because its after I eat them when I feel the worst. I will post my weight tomorrow.

    Wow that's great. I'm currently on taking about 200. In two weeks ima try and go to 250-300. Never went that high so I can imagine getting 422. Whoa mama lol. Good sh!t brotha. For us to bulk sometimes we need to forget about bloat, and abs and worry about size until our cut. Oats is very good though.

    Shoulder injuries blow. But ya definitely add taurine. If you need a good joint supp cissus it up.

  4. Yesterday's macros were 3700 cals 128 fat, 321 carbs, and 331 protein. There was some dirty cals in there yesterday. I didnt train yeterday but did an hour of cardio when i woke up. Today I woke up weighed 245 no change since last time i weighed. Today I also trained Chest and Tris. I had a spotter so I took advantage of that and gauged where I was on my bench press press. Here was the workout.

    Bench Press
    135x15, 225x12, 275x8, 315x1, 335x1, 355x1, 225x13

    Incline fly
    25'sx15, 30sx12, 35sx12, 40sx12,

    Dips
    12, 10, 9,

    Elevated push up
    12x4

    Pushdowns

    One arm overhead DB ext

    Tomorrow is an off day but may hit the gym in the morning for cardio. Nothing really new to report.

  5. Does the bioforge contain DAA? If not you can use both.

    No it does not. I have done a little research and was surprised to find a few who ran Erase, DAA, and Bioforge. Not necessarily in a PCT format tho. I wouldn't see any harm. I haven't found a dosing protocol for it yet.

    Getting ready to down some eggs and grits, will go back tonight for a little cardio, trap, and calf work. Starting to feel that Alpha Feel and really loving the SD/Dermacrine Combo! I just now noticing strength increases but noticing that I'm feeling a little more sluggish. Hopefully when I start the Epi on Sat, this will subside a little.

  12. Sorry for not logging on, but I'd thought I'd check in. As far as my macros have been, I really don't have a clue. I'm ashamed but I've been trying to follow close to my protocol. I did some light shoulder work yesterday in the gym along with 30 min of cardio and also some trap work. I also went and played golf yesterday and doing so injured my foot. I don't know how, just know I woke up with it hurting. Feels like a sprain. I'm still gonna try to train legs today. I'm now noticing huge mood swings and heavy lethargy. I have almost no drive, but to eat and sleep. My libido is still high and noticing a lot of heavy sweating though out the day. My dreams have been a little crazy. I think the compound has fully kicked in. I'm gonna try to keep my spirits high and keep pushing. I will be sure to track my workout and macros again.

    The pain in my foot subsided after I got moving around. It's still sore but I managed a good leg workout. I did 10gs taurine preworkout, but back pumps were fn crazy. Legs are pumped for sure.

    Sick pumps, especially after pre-exhausting before doing bench press. Going back in the am to do arms. Changing up my split just to switch things up a bit.

I debating on just running the cycle 5 weeks now. Like I mentioned before I thought I was using a diff brand of EPI that was dosed at 15 mgs a pill and to run 6 weeks I need another bottle. A slight mistake on my part. Good news is the rest of my PCT made it in.

  19. Well, I started the Epi on Saturday. I feel less lethargic just by adding that it. I also noticed a little spike in my libido after starting the Epi. I will drop the SD on Saturday. I feel really good aside from my foot being sore. Missed my gym time this am, but I needed the rest. Sorry for not logging in prior, but I was away from home. Will update as changes come along.

  22. I wish I had something magic to share with you, but methyl lethargy is fairly hard to combat beyond using Dermacrine or AndroHard.
