Ok guys here we go hope you all enjoy this. Sorry its taken so long to get this start up, as a few of you know I have a son on the way and thats been taking a lot of time.. (honey-to-do-list SUCK)!!
So Im justing going to jump right into it!!
GEAR: Not the most important part but its what all you meat heads want to hear about the most... and this is the anabolic thread!
Testosterone Enanthate - 400mg once per week
Tesosterone Propionate - 100mg 3x per week
(I will be adding in EQ and dropping the the Test P in the next few weeks)
Dboll - 25mg with Meal 1 and with Meal 6 for six weeks
HGH - 4IU's after work out!
Nolvadex - add 20mg if I aromatize
Also I will throw in HCG around 5 weeks
Havent decided 100% how long im going to run this but Im thinking around 16weeks
NUTRITION: this is most important!
Nutrition Program -
Meal 1 - 8 whole eggs, 1.5 cups oatmeal (measured dry)
Meal 2 - 8oz of red meat or Buffalo or turkey(usually ground turkey, I dont eat processed meats), 2tbsp natural pb
Meal 3 - 8oz chicken, 1.5 cups rice or wheat pasta or 10oz potato, 1 cup greens
Meal 4 - 2 scoops Myofusion or Dynamtiz, 1tbsp pb
Meal 5 - 8oz chicken, turkey, or white fish, 1 cup rice or 6oz potato, small salad with light dressing
Meal 6 - 6 whole eggs or venison(Im a big hunter and we process all our own meet)
Meal 7(if I am feeling up to it)- 1 scoop of casein
30 minutes pre-workout - 2 scoops EVP
Post-workout - 2 scoops whey isolate, 2 scoops GlycoJect
1 gallon of water a day!
One clean and one dirty cheat per week
Supplements: gotta have em'
Multivitamin - Animal Pak Take with Meal 1 and Meal 6.
EFA's - Smart Blend Take 3 capsules with Meal 1, Meal 3, and Meal 6.
Sleep Aid - Take 2 capsules thirty minutes before bed.
CARDIO: Hate it but I dont want to put on much fat!
30 minutes of step-mill, eliptical, and/or treadmill upon waking or after training five times per week
TRAINING: Ill update hopefully daily w/works and what weight I lift!
