Hey bro I'm just curious. I was planning on running prammi instead of hcg, because don't wanna inject myself everywhere lol. But just curious if you pin urself the same or do u use a smaller syringe. also a 5000iu vial would get me 10 weeks at 500 per week, is this correct. Thanks bro!

Plus prami is used to control prolactin related issues. They do two different things. You'll need both if you want to run deca safely and be prepared.

You inject hcg sub q so it's a lot smaller syringe. You don't inject into a muscle like you do juice you pinch q bit of fat in your abdominal area an inject it into it.

prami is more like caber if im not mistaking... I was not aware however that prami is an injection because I just have 1mg pills of caber on hand incase. Why use Prami as injection tho if you could just take caber... personal pref?

I use insulin needles and I can't feel it at all. But then again I love pinning... I get a rush every time haha. The 25 G for test is good for me as well. Takes a minute longer but I'd rather not feel pain.

I also said I'd post pictures today but change in plans.. I'd like to shave my hairy chest first haha. I have actually looked into a groupon recently for laser hair removal. Anyone tried or recommend this?

Did an hour and a half of chest and triceps today but called my girl to come pick me up. I went so hard I am exhausted and couldn't finish with abs. I am getting the impression I use so much energy that after an hour or two I just can't go 100%. I thought about taking a break in the middle and buying a protein bar but I just got a ride home and am going to eat again. I plan on a second training session tonight. Abs only. I also am stuck a 217-221 lbs for two weeks now. I need to eat another meal or two a day. So from now on I'll be taking one or two more additional rubbermaids to work. Eating currently 6x a day but going for 8x now since I hit this barrier. Despite no weight gain I am changing shape drastically and as friends have mentioned getting real "cut up." Update later tonight. gotta rest and eat. im exhausted.

I wasn't gunna use prami as injection. I misunderstood what its use was for. I didn't want to have to pin myself a ton of times but now I found out I can use insulin needles makes me feel at ease lol I can get hcg pretty cheap so I will use it too. A 5000iu vial will get me through ten weeks at 250 x 2 per week rite?
