Week 2 begins today with my third pin, and continued 100mg anadrol ED. Yesterday I did legs and I don't remember if I mentioned but, my right knee has been bothering me for like 6 months while squatting. Its a hit or miss situation, some days it hurts bad, so much I can't squat. Some days (maybe a fourth of the time) I can actually squat. So I have been doing more lunges, leg press, leg extension, weighted box steps, stuff like that to help fill out my quads. Despite that, it was a good workout. Today is a rest day for me, so I am able to get some things done I need like groceries!! As I was flexing today in the mirror, my girl say "ew where did those come from", so I guess I'm growing and I have noticed a slight increase in vascularity and not what I like to call size yet.. but fullness. Still sitting about 204-206lbs today. This is the week though I do expect to see some increase in weight. Based on previous cycles, I hope to be a good 210 by beginning of week 3. My diet will be on key this week. Some of the things I bought were almonds, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, sweet potatoes,ground turkey, Chicken (I eat at minimum 2-3 lbs a day), broccoli, oatmeal, eggs and whites, turkey sausage, lettuce, beans, green beans, apples, bananas, green beans, asparagus, lunch meat,steak, low fat yogurt, whole grain bread, rasin bran cereal, and most likely some more I am forgetting. going to be making a lot of good meals on cycle obviously. 3rd pin went just fine, not painful. I am feeling good overall though. At this point the only sides I have had are increased oil on my face causing some break outs, also a few on my shoulders and back... nothing crazy bad tho. Tomorrow I have a day off and its likely I go to the gym twice because I rarely grant myself a day of rest and feel guilty on rest days haha. Everything is running smooth so far but there is obviously so much time ahead. I'm looking forward to it, I should blow the F*** up shooting for 230lbs at the end of cycle. would equal a 25 lb gain. Everyday tho still a lot of fish oil, tudca liver support, multi, glutamine, amino. Libido is alright, in fact I think it increased. Im going to eat and get some rest and tomorrow I will kill abs, shoulders and if I go twice Ill be doing chest and triceps as well. I am sorry for any information I may be leaving out since I am relatively new to the forums I lack structure in my posts. Thanks guys!

8 pm low fat yogurt, granola, oatmeal

Now obviously I haven't consumed anything past 4 pm, but this is a good example of what I will finish my day off with.
Today in the gym I did shoulders and I really noticed an increase in upright rows. I used to use about 110-115 lbs and I will doin 135 lbs today with no problem. Mixed up a lot of different things today. I did abs as well when I first walked into the gym. Tomorrow I will get up on the scale and let you guys know if my weight is starting to shoot up. Judging by the way I feel and look, I'm pushing 209-210 lbs. Ill know for sure tomorrow though.

libido is high and I haven't noticed testicular atrophy yet, I expect it soon. Will be mixing my hcg to get it ready. My first injection of 250 iu will be sunday night, the day before my test/deca pin.
Staying on top of my exemestane 12 mg EOD. Anadrol 100 mg ED.
Looking good, people at the gym have acknowledged my physique, so Im glad to get some feedback on my hard work. Rewarding.

Looking to pick up a new protein. Ill most likely get 2 a fast acting and slow digestive. Any recommendations? I've been using pro complex gainer. I currently have no isolates.
BP has been just a little high on a few readings, Ill take it right now... 131/73 my pulse 81. And it has been very much like that.
I have been sleeping pretty well. Very little night sweats. Last cycle I woke up in a puddle of sweat in the middle of the night nearly every night!
Looking forward to chest next, looking to add a little more weight than normal. I know its early but when I get going in the gym and I get in the zone there is no stopping. I just continue to pump reps out and its awesome. The pump is getting to feel good. Not as powerful as I remember yet but getting there for sure.
Now I have these ampules of HCG. Never used hcg before. When I break this thing open, can I inject 1 cc right into the ampule and swirl around to mix it. I thought the hcg would come in a vail. so Im not sure the best way to extract and mix. Now I have sterile empty vials and i know im putting 10 cc every 5000 iu. First mixing 1 cc bac water with the hcg. Then put that in the empty. and add 9 more cc of bac water. Now somebody please help me and tell me the easiest way to mix from the ampule! I am afraid Ill spill lol, and not sure if its ok to just mix directly in the broke ampule after I break the top off.
I use optimum casein for slow digesting but it's rarer expensive but delicious! I am just finishing up elite which has many types if fast and slow digesting proteins. I drink it before bed with a cup of Greek yogurt and peanut butter blended together. Tastes like chalk but $35 for 5lbs...can't beat that. For fast digesting I just bought some BSN syntha 6. It's tastes amazing and I only bought it as a treat for doing very well during my cycle, gotta treat ourself to a nice protein every once in a while. Got back from the gym. Chest/triceps today. F***in pumped in the gym. This is the first day I can say ****s kicking in. I had a pump that made my chest just bursting. I did push more weight than normal today, and I think I'm looking real good. My workout looked something like this...

I believe that covered all my workout. I may be missing one. Took an hour and a half about maybe 1hr 45mins. took my blood pressure and off the top of my head it was like 111/70 with a pulse of 80... maybe I should take it again haha. And my weight... 208lbs. I would say my official weight at the beginning of cycle was 204lbs. I expect to be over 210lbs in 3-4days.
When I got home from my workout my skin felt so tight, especially on my chest and nipples... Not sure if I remember this last time. Felt so tight, i thought for a little I felt my nips burning but maybe I may be a little paranoid.
And I appreciate the help choosing proteins, I went with BSN Syntha 6 and tomorrow Ill be picking up the other (haven't decided which casein yet). so far I am very happy with my cycle overall. Today was a benchmark, Im beginning to feel a pump that reminds me how great it feels. I will be mixing my hcg tomorrow. I intend on pining the night before my test shot, sunday and wednesday. 250iu 2x a week. This will begin this weekend which will be the beginning of week 3. I have yet to hear if I am able to mix in the ampule. Hoping someone will help me out here. otherwise, i just gunna break the ampule, inject 1cc inside the broken ampule, swish it around, draw it up and put it in my sterile vail with 9 more cc bac water... cool?
Just found an article that said when I break the ampule, I can mix 1 cc directly in that ampule. Glad I figured this out. First time using hcg, I was stressin.... Stoked for back today. I usually do 35 lb weighted pull ups. Today I just gunna throw on a 45 plate and see what happens. Got a lot of sleep last night. Im off work today. So later after my workout I will put an update up. I'm frustrated today as I stepped on the scale at only 206lbs. I know based on previous cycles that it took some time to start gaining weight but once I did it was something outrageous. Like 5-7 lb gain a week. I'm hoping to accomplish that next week as I will be going into week 3.
Tonight or tomorrow I will be mixing my hcg to get it ready for Sunday night. Should be a simple process. Going to mix 5000 iu. And that should last majority of my cycle in the fridge. I do have extra hcg as well.
My diet has been good. I guess the good thing about my long work days is I'm up from 5 am to about 10 pm. This gives me plenty of time to eat many meals to get my nutrition for the day.
I ordered optimum casein protein. I got a good deal on it. As I mentioned before I already picked up Bsn syntha 6. Additionally I ordered muscle pharm amino1. Should be a good supplement. I'll let you guys know what I think of these in a week or so.
Tonight is time to kill legs and abs. My pin surprisingly does not feel to bad. Yesterday my left quad pin must have hit a weird spot as it bled more than normal.
Other than my frustration over my weight. I feel and look good. Definitely more full and vascular looking. Especially when I feel the pump. I am very much enjoying the feeling in the gym.

I have noticed an increase in size. My 12th day of anadrol. Was doing just 50 mg the first five days. Then after I felt it out bumped to 100. Others have commented as well.
