  3. 203lbs baby... 2 days in a row now i have been 203 un-clothed mid day. yesterday i had my first experience with the 100lb hex dumbbells and it was quite a successful venture

  5. Hey Curt since he going 40 days would most of gains come day 20 to day 30 or are you advocating tacking on an extra 10 days.

  6. well boys... i have been really busy lately since i just started back at work.. the timing couldn't be much worse but ah well.

    i finished up my lil cycle on march 31 and weighed in at 206lbs i am a bit leaner then when i started so i put on at least 16lbs of good shizzle i am back down to 203 after a week of work but what i lostis surely water cuz i am dripping all day long with sweat and not gettin as much water as i should.

  7. so it was 16lbs in 42.5 days

    i hope i can get some pics goin on soon.. i like how my shoulders are doin but i think my arms (Bi's look like crap but tris are pimpin) may have some how gotten smaller in this time

    i took all measurements at the start, and i will write the differences out on here tomorrow some time
