My questions are based on terminology of other peoples cycles and understanding it all.

What is bridging? When listed 45/45/45/45 is that mg per day or week?

What is constituted as a good PCT without over doing it or under doing it, besides normals staples? Basically what do you wanna look for in a normal PCT that will prevent unwanted sides.

What are good stack supplements for PH? (And im looking for like things to look for in ingredients not brands) Like this goes with this but not this kind of thing.

Just trying to get answers so what Im reading makes better sense.
