If you eat carbs or just a decent portion sized meal before bed....it spikes your insulin. Your blood sugar already dips as it is during sleep because your not eating. This illicit's an insulin response which triggers hunger. The fact you eat a hefty meal before bed just makes the insulin spike all the more higher and leading to further hunger.
Far as HOW hungry one person may feel compared to another can also have allot to do with habbit forming eating periods as mentioned by loafy777

Wouldn't be able to tell you from experience but if you ask me....ANY product geared toward insulin uptake or even keeping regular insulin levels are a waste of money. You can control your insulin effectively and most definitely by your nutrition rather then gambling on the latest 'craze product.'
If you want a quick insulin response to rapidly replenish your glycogen stores, try ANYTHING fast digesting. For example, my post workout consists of whey protein and frosted flakes. You can eat a damn snickers bar and it'll work...only it's high in fat and there are better alternatives. It just depends on how comfortable you are with your current body fat percentage.
As far as your glycogen stores adding to 'size'.....the only effective product known for that is creatine. Unless of course your on a un-natural product like steroids.
I wouldn't look to insulin control products unless I was at a EXTREMELY low body fat and wanted to get down to an even lower body fat. At that point in the game, ANY little bit of help is worth it. Even a fat burner. Course which ones are effective and/or proven is a whole other topic.

It's official. I'M SWOLE!!!! Remember when I was talking about waking up as a big green giant?....well, I'm not green but I'm fuc*ing bigger. Couple comments from a couple people....also my chick hugged me and noticed I felt bigger.
Today I went to get my sexy on at a tan place. Haven't been in a while and the guy at the desk was like "Dang dude. You got big! I remember from the last time you came in here....what's it been...a month ago?" Then he started telling me about his workouts etc. ha ha I'm on cloud 9...you know....where all the tan and sexy people go. I haven't had any mood swings but I've been very easy going, chill, and in a good mood. Course that can be the combination of beautiful marijuana mixed with getting swole on a daily bases. mua ha HA HA!!!! Why WOULDN'T you be in a good mood?
Strength is still continuing to climb but not as a dramatic jump like it did on arm day. I'd say body fat looks the same, so even with me routinely venturing off to get my o so awesome beloved barbacoa, I have maintained the same bf while getting bigger. I can go by weight, but water weight smuater weight.....at the end of this week I'll post results using my fat caliper. We'll see where my bf is sitting at and how how much lean muscle I have acquired.
I don't have that 'ON' feeling but I sure have that 'excited' feeling. I think if I stfu and concentrate ....the weed can allow me to feel my muscleces growing.....SHHHH!!!! wait.....there it go's....BAM! Just got another muscle guys.

Woke up at 3a.m. to piss. Hungry.....mucho hungry. The beast wants to be feed. So I'm sitting here eating some steak then its back off to bed. O ya....and high quality h20. Looked in the mirror. I tell you....I'm f*cking getting big! And even though the only dirty food I eat is barbacoa....I eat it pretty frequently and it seems I'm not only maintaining BF...but seem to be leaning out too.
I'm not even done with 2 weeks and I'm getting big! I've decided that for Halloween I'm going to be THE HULK. I swear....I feel so big right now I should be on top of some sort of sky scraper with choppers shooting at me. Course it wouldn't do nothing to me anyway.....

Before I answer this question I would like you and everyone to know that ANY and ALL things regarding my cycle I will post. So if I haven't posted something about libido...it is because there has been no effect in libido...both negative OR positive.
Got a good di*k sucking this morning. Yes...lil epstaneman is working good. Same as usual. I hear this stuff SPIKES libido so I'm looking forward to lasting past one nut in bed for a change. heh

I can't sit ....I can't get up....well...I can but it hurts when I do it. New plan....use arms to lift body rather then legs....ya...I think that'll work. Killed legs and looking forward to my rest day tomorrow where I can sleep my ass off. F'n traps were swore....not so good for squats but you know the rules....'no bitching on leg day.'
When I move my arms like I'm doing a bicep curl, all my muscles in my arms get super tight and my veins show more. And I'm not even curling anything. Sounds weird but I even 'feel' bigger.
Anyway......I'ma go smoke some bud, make my woman give me a back rub...... and crash out.

Yo guys. Today was a good rest day. Getting my protein in all day. Smoking the bud. Busting nutts. Guess you can call it an active rest day. Got chest and triceps manana.
When my gal was giving me a back rub last night, she noticed I had 2 pimples on my back. This morning I had what looked like 2 more coming in. I have slight acne already on my face so this type of side for me is to be expected. Going to have regular acne creme rubbed into my back and see how that go's. Other then that, not much else to report on this rest day of days. People still saying I look big .......and just enjoying the cycle.
Tomorrow starts week 3. Plans are to continue right along, double the taurine and add 4g of fish oil with the animal flex. Why? Because I'm the kinda guy that would like to stop sh*t before it happens rather then once it happens. Fish oil is cheap as fu*k too.

2 WEEK PROGRESS PICS
My body caliper was pissing me off so I decided to just upload some pics for you guys. Also, keep in mind you'll see my before pic looks nothing like my profile pic. This is because during my 2 week pre-load of hawthorn berry I was pigging out and skipping workout sessions. I acquired quite a bit of fat back. Either the case....here is my 2 weeks of progress so far.

Thanks. Also not bad considering my back workout on week 1 didn't have me feeling as swore. On week 2's back workout I dropped the weight, focused more on form, squeeze and contracted the muscle on every rep.....back was swore as hell the next day. Definitely got the back workout on lock and may just start hitting chest AS SOON as it recovers, rather then when next weeks chest workout comes along. It seems to be lacking a bit.

o-YA....I KNOW I killed chest today. Chest and tricep day, but I really blew the hell outa chest since it seems to be lacking a bit. Not much else to say guys....gonna hit up Wal-Mart to buy some groceries....have a late protein filled meal, smoke some bud....then it's off to bed. Where I'll be making gains IN-MY-SLEEP!
