PCT WEEK 5:
Not much to report. Going on a cut starting tomorrow. Goal is to loose 15lbs and then start my next bulk.
Taking Nolvadex 10mg every day, 3 caps of ERASE a day, and have taken formestanzol for the past 4 days at 8-10 pumps. Going to continue this for one more week, then discontinue the formestanzol. Bloods will be taken 2 weeks from now and everything should be good. Probably will have lower test as I'll be cutting, but my prediction is to see estrogen back down and at a healthy level.
I got Nolvadex, Arimidex, Aromasine, Formestane, Formestanzol, LeanXtreme, Fish oil, Taurine, Hawthorn Berry, Superdrol, Epistane, a connect for test injections. WHO KNOWS WTF'S GOING TO HAPPEN COME NEXT BULK!!! You can bet I'll be logging it so stay tuned. I'll have the new log linked here and probably put it in my signature as well.
So far It'll just be another Epistane run at the same dose but longer. We'll see how it go's. Should be done cutting in 4 weeks.

This is how I loose weight fast normally.....
week 1 I do a 3 day training split with a 1,000 caloric deficit
week 2 I do a 3 day training split with 30 min steady paced cardio after the weight session eating at a 600 caloric deficit
week 3 I do a 3 day split with 30min cardio afterward, and add an hour of cardio 2 other days of the week. Eat at a 500 caloric deficit.
Week 4 I do the same, only I add one more day of hour steady paced cardio making 6 days a week training. Eating at a 500 caloric deficit.
I usually loose any where from 15-20 lbs doing this. Though some may be muscle but I guess it is what it is. With clen I'm hoping to see even more shocking results. And hopefully it suppresses my appetite as it does some people because I love to eat.
