SD / Ostarine stack

Okay so this is my first post but I am on other forums (phf and eroids and some others so not new to the game) but new to anabolics.com. A little about me: 36 yo, 242 lbs 6' 8" (for real) 14-15% bf been lifting serious for 2 + years. Previous aas/ph's: 12 weeks test e at 500 mg a week and went up to 750 for the last 6 weeks of cycle and added dmz at 60mg ed at the end for 5 weeks up to pct along with ostarine. I have also done tbol only at 40mg a day for 4 weeks and loved it. I was not too impressed with test though, thats why I added dmz but I will run it again later maybe in the winter time with a SD or Dbol kick start and see if I get better gains. Goal: my ultimate goal is 275 lbs within the next year or two but for now 15 lbs after pct is my goal and 1" on biceps to bring me up to 18" :) for this cycle.

Currently doing a 14 day cleanse (on day 5) to clean out any toxins and drop some fat % so I will post final weight before I start my cycle. I will probably start September 1st or so and I am currently pre loading all my supps.

On cycle supps:
Hawthorn berry
Saw palmeto
Fish oil
Garlic
Toco sorb
Liv 52
NOW combo of red yeast rice, coQ10 and milk thistle

I don't F around with my cholesterol and it is a little high to begin with so hence all the support supplements and I will be taking them through pct as well.

Cycle:
SD 20, 20, 20, 20
Ostarine 20, 20, 20, 20, 30, 30

Pct:
Nolva 20, 20, 10, 10
DAA or another test booster

I have never run SD before so I might start at 10 mg a day for a few days but I don't think with my size it would be enough. I have used Ostarine before and liked it at 20 mg a day and it is non methyl and less suppressive and seems like a good stack to add to SD to help keep tha gains after cycle.

Stats:
238 lbs
14-15 % bf

I expect to drop a few more lbs during the first week also due to the ostarine.

Goal: Lean Bulk/re comp 15 + lbs and 1" + gain on arms (hopefully) but 10 lbs would be fine if I drop to 12% bf and gain 1" on arms.
Diet:
6000 calories, 350 grams protein, 500 grams carbohydrates ed.

Training:
Gonna do a 6 week program by Dr. Jim Stoppani (6 weeks to sick arms)
It won't me post a link so you can either Google 6 weeks to sick arms or go to bodybuilding . com and look for it.

Here is the program:
Week 1

Use this training split during week one.

Monday: Triceps/Biceps
Tuesday: Legs/Calves
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back/Abs
Friday: Chest/Shoulders/Traps
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
Week 2

Use this training split during week two.

Monday: Triceps/Biceps
Tuesday: Back/Legs/Calves
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Biceps/Triceps
Friday: Chest/Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
Weeks 3-5

Use this split during weeks three, four and five.

Monday: Triceps/Biceps
Tuesday: Chest/Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Wednesday: Back/Biceps/Triceps

Okay so it is update time and all I can say is Holly Sh!t batman!!! This stuff is insane! I have read a lot of logs and I always thought people were lying about gains because I never came close to getting the 15-20 lbs on any cycle, even with 12 weeks of test e and tbol kick start and dmz at the end for 5 weeks. It has been only 7 days and I am up 10 lbs and 1/4 inch on my arms so 248 lbs and 17 1/4 " arms so 18" could happen in the next 5 weeks :) I know its not all muscle and my waist has gone up a size and that's fine with me. I think my ostarine is under dosed or bunk because it should lean me out and so far nothing. I just started a different batch of ostarine today so I will see if it is legit. Last time I took ostarine I dropped 7 lbs in a week and 1 pant size, but I wasn't bulking either so we will see.

Today was a high rep day 15-20 of biceps and triceps and my arms were on fire and pumped so bad I had to stop some reps at 12-14 because it was so bad. In fact I believe this whole week is high reps and some between 20-25 so that's gonna be fun!

I will post back later this week if I can but I am gonna weight until next week before I weigh and measure my self.
