    These are my current pics taken this morning. Weighed in at 186. Taking methadrol xtreme from iml. Taking all my support supps included and have a pct lined up.

    Ill be updating daily or every other day on workouts and how it goes. Doing the 5 x 5 program. Doing this log to keep track of my gains and see how this product works. Figured some people would be interested in seeing how it goes. I am a first time logger so cut me some slack.

    allright well for day 1 i can say throughout the day i definitely had a horrible migraine. Could be a coincidence but who knows. Prob wasnt for metha drol considering i just started taking it. The gym today was amazing. I dont know if its the supp or my mental edge to just want to get huge but i felt like everyone was staring at me (which many were).

    My workout was back i did:

    To warm up cross cables for back.

    Deadlift:

    Couldnt squeeze those last 2 out. Felt like my lower back was going to pop.

    Then I did lat pull downs

    Dont mind the numbers yet. I am new to the 5 x 5 program. its gonna take me a week or so to find out my 5 rep max. Thats the main reason im doing this log so i can log my numbers and stats.

    Looks like i hit that on the money. Def couldnt do even one more rep

    Felt great but at this point fatigue was starting to set in. I was feeling exhaused but still able to lift.

    I closed with 3 sets of wide grip pullups and 2 sets of the inner grip.

    I jump rope for 30 second intervals in between every other set to keep my heart rate up which takes a toll on the workout as well but helps me stay leaner.

    And finally closed with about 25-30 minutes of abs.

    The methadrol i have nothing to report of as of yet. The workout was amazing but its prob my mental mindstate. Its only day 1 so well see where it goes. I start my forma stanzol tmrw to help keep bloat down and for estro purposes.

I must say this stuff makes u edgy lol every thing ticks me off. Ill be here everyday posting my numbers for myself to see if i can gain some strength and size.

    weight was 184.5 which was expected cause of the heavy cardio. Im trying to burn some fat anyways so its not a problem for me.

    Dont know how i even lifted. Felt super sluggish and my arms are sore but did arms anyways.

    Didnt have time to get to a comp. weighed in at 185.5 so gained a pound but still down .5 overall. Destroyed my legs but dont have time to log the workout today. Still dont feel much in regards to the methadrol. Only say 4 so well see

Did cardio again today which i shouldnt have playing basketball but im done for at least 2 weeks so time to eat big and gain some weight

    weight is 186.5. up .5 pounds and i just got six stitches in my chin so no more cardio for like 10 days which will be beneficial.

Idk if thats my normal edge that i have to want to get bigger or the methadrol kicking in. Even tho im only up .5 pounds im leaner at this weight so def starting to see some nice changes. I am taking forma stanzol as well as an ai but also for leaning effects. Im gonna be sticking to the same routines for body parts these 4 weeks to see what the increase in weight strength wise that i gain. At pct time im gonna change my routine. So far so good overall. im liking where this is going

    Had to log that i weighed 190.5 this morning. Havent been in the 190s in a long time at this lean. Feel a little bloated for me and havent been waking up with a "morning wood". Ive noticed libido has been down but thats nothing shocking to me. It was expected

    First off let me give some credit to this forma stanzol. I have minor case of gyno and the forma completely softened it to the point where i dont even feel it anymore. idk if it will flare back up when im done taking it but i hope not. Couple of notes on the methadrol. Libido is definitely down. Crazy how much you can really tell but im happy that means the pills are working lol im ok with this considering i have a proper pct set up. Strength nothing as of yet really and other then that minor bloating in the lower stomach (im used to being super lean all the time).

    I cant do the 5 x 5 program anymore. My joints are hurting me and my shoulder issue is flaring up again (bad rotator cuff). I find that going from light to heavy to light gives great pumps and really helps rip apart that muscle in the workout so thats what ill be doing from now on. Felt great had good stamina and was able to get the through the whole workout no problem. Gotta give methadrol some credit here. So far im happy being that its only day 7 and i have 3 full weeks left. Cant wait for middle of week 2

    its day 8 and im at 192! People are saying i look leaner haha i love it. 2 people today asked me how i bulked up so quick. i said ummmmm i stopped playin basketball haha which there is some truth to that. did arms dont have time to log the workout but overall no major sides. I will say ive been feeling sluggish and out of it which ive heard is a big issue and i def feel that. other then that were movin forward and quickly!

    I have taken var and sostonol 250 and winstrol in the past. For this i have clomid 50/25/25/25 set up with unleashed/pct hcgenerate and a matty test booster called ape.

    I have done tons and tons of research and spoke to multiple moderaters. This is what was recomended to me in combination with what else was taking. I have taken clomid in the past but not recover from an oral as suppresive. If i feel that i need to bump the dosage up i will. Maybe 75/50/50/25. Ill see how im feeling

    Make sure you weigh yourself at the same time each day. I consistently weigh 3-4lbs more at night than I do in the morning, without fail. Even when cutting.

    I weigh myself every morning at the same time in just boxers. I would only count the weight number first thing in the morning

    well got my cardio in today. A good 2 hours of basketball. Did a super intense shoulder workout afterwards. Felt awesome. Strength gains i feel are starting to kick in. Weight which was heavy before is now easier and i can do a good couple more reps. I feel some joint pains and the slugishness is a pretty big side which i didnt think would bother me so much. Also having some nice backne starting to kick in. I can see it. Other then that so far so good. pretty happy that its only day 9

    I know you know this, but the strength gains should be starting, so I suggest be careful to keep it slow and controlled and not jerk the weights. Watch that shoulder.

    Definitely man. I stopped doing the 5 x 5 program. Just cant take the strain on my body anymore. Ill only be doing back heavy cause i dont feel my shoulder much. The rest of the workouts will be targeted at a 8-12 rep range. I try to pyramid up and down through out my workout.

    weight 187 on day 10. Only up 1 pound from the start but i have abs still which i know is bad to care about but i am unfortunately one of those people. I look solid tho. People normally look at me when i work out but ive been catching alot more recently lol i feel awesome gym wise. I can allredy feel the sluggishness this morning so if you ever plan on taking this prepare for that. I did also do 2 hours of cardio yesterday so that could be a primary reason for the drop in weight. I am eating about 3500-4000 cals a day so dont think i dont have the diet in check. I eat 5-6 times a day and mainly healthy sources of food. (everyone has to cheat here and there im only human)

    hey bro decent log so far im just finding it but I got all caught up. My 1st thought was that your deadlift numbers were a little low vs. your bench press then i realized you hadn't logged any squats so i looked again and realized there's no leg workouts at all and that you do deadlifts as a back excersize... Whats the leg status?

    There is a leg workout on i think it was day 5 or 6. I actually do legs today. That day i was in a rush and couldnt log it. Ill be logging my leg workout today. I have never lifted for strength so thats why my numbers arent high. I wont be able to either. My shoulder and joints have been killing me. Idk if thats metha side or not but im in pain from lifting so heavy and i know ill get better resuts from an 8-12 rep range. For squating i nrmally do about 205 8-10 reps. So figure id say about 245 or so 5 times. I am an experienced lifter but have allways lifted towards the higher rep range. If you have any other questions on the supp itself feel free to ask. Ill be posting pics next monday as my two week progress pics

    I do deadlifts on my back day as well, for lower back. IMO best lower back exercise there is, and as a bonus you get some extra leg work on your back day!
