  1. I weigh myself every morning at the same time in just boxers. I would only count the weight number first thing in the morning

  3. well got my cardio in today. A good 2 hours of basketball. Did a super intense shoulder workout afterwards. Felt awesome. Strength gains i feel are starting to kick in. Weight which was heavy before is now easier and i can do a good couple more reps. I feel some joint pains and the slugishness is a pretty big side which i didnt think would bother me so much. Also having some nice backne starting to kick in. I can see it. Other then that so far so good. pretty happy that its only day 9

  4. I know you know this, but the strength gains should be starting, so I suggest be careful to keep it slow and controlled and not jerk the weights. Watch that shoulder.

    Definitely man. I stopped doing the 5 x 5 program. Just cant take the strain on my body anymore. Ill only be doing back heavy cause i dont feel my shoulder much. The rest of the workouts will be targeted at a 8-12 rep range. I try to pyramid up and down through out my workout.

  6. weight 187 on day 10. Only up 1 pound from the start but i have abs still which i know is bad to care about but i am unfortunately one of those people. I look solid tho. People normally look at me when i work out but ive been catching alot more recently lol i feel awesome gym wise. I can allredy feel the sluggishness this morning so if you ever plan on taking this prepare for that. I did also do 2 hours of cardio yesterday so that could be a primary reason for the drop in weight. I am eating about 3500-4000 cals a day so dont think i dont have the diet in check. I eat 5-6 times a day and mainly healthy sources of food. (everyone has to cheat here and there im only human)

  7. hey bro decent log so far im just finding it but I got all caught up. My 1st thought was that your deadlift numbers were a little low vs. your bench press then i realized you hadn't logged any squats so i looked again and realized there's no leg workouts at all and that you do deadlifts as a back excersize... Whats the leg status?

  8. There is a leg workout on i think it was day 5 or 6. I actually do legs today. That day i was in a rush and couldnt log it. Ill be logging my leg workout today. I have never lifted for strength so thats why my numbers arent high. I wont be able to either. My shoulder and joints have been killing me. Idk if thats metha side or not but im in pain from lifting so heavy and i know ill get better resuts from an 8-12 rep range. For squating i nrmally do about 205 8-10 reps. So figure id say about 245 or so 5 times. I am an experienced lifter but have allways lifted towards the higher rep range. If you have any other questions on the supp itself feel free to ask. Ill be posting pics next monday as my two week progress pics

  9. I do deadlifts on my back day as well, for lower back. IMO best lower back exercise there is, and as a bonus you get some extra leg work on your back day!

    The pump i got today was EXHILARATING. Unreal leg workout. I had my freind at the gym (used to enter in competitions. hes a pretty big dude lol) just guide me through the workout and give me some tips on different ways to position my legs to target different areas and it worked amazing. The strength i had was unreal. I mean me doing 225 10 times is a HUGE improvement. I could have EASILY gone up way more but like i said my damn joints are holding me back. PAIN IN MY ASS. its unfortunate but im not risking an injury just to say i squated 315. Overall guys this stuff is great minus some of these sides. I feel awesome. Look wise i mean i feel like i still look the same but people have said ive gotten bigger. You are your own worst critic as they say. Was an awesome workout. Amazing pumps and awesome strength.

  14. well ill tell you this. im on it and about 10 days in or so. I havent seen much of a diff in size but strength has gone up quite a bit. Like i said in legs i was blown away today. I literally couldnt believe how easy it was for me to squat 225. I cant really test the strength out cause my shoulder and joints so im limited. They say about 2 weeks in i should start noticing some size so well see

  16. its hard to say man. Im such a harsh critic on myself. I do diet properly and lift hard. I cant really say. Ill post some pics monday morning cause thatll be 2 weeks so you be the judges. I can tell you my arms havent grown 1 inch if thats what people are expecting lol lets be realistic.

    keep in mind im only up 1.5 pounds from my original weight. I am trying to put on real lean muscle. Havent gained an ounce of fat. If anything ive lost some fat and retained my muscle cause i for sure havent gotten smaller. The pics dont do it justice in person you can def tell ive gotten bigger

    I love that feeling of getting complimented. Makes uk your doing something right and also makes u go harder. Sometimes we don't see much difference ourselves because we always look in the mirror but when someone outside sees us they sure see the difference.

    Today i actually felt like i was on something lol like a steroid. I felt so big it was awesome. My arms look pumped without a pump. Cant beleive i have 18 days left man. I am so excited. Stuff is pretty awesome. You will get shut down on it so prepare for that. Sluggishness is big one. Ive been lifting super heavy so idk if its that thats hurting my joints or the supp but that could be a possible side. My legs felt like noodles today sorry if you were expecting deadlift numbers but it was out of the question
