I have done tons and tons of research and spoke to multiple moderaters. This is what was recomended to me in combination with what else was taking. I have taken clomid in the past but not recover from an oral as suppresive. If i feel that i need to bump the dosage up i will. Maybe 75/50/50/25. Ill see how im feeling

Water fluctuations

Make sure you weigh yourself at the same time each day. I consistently weigh 3-4lbs more at night than I do in the morning, without fail. Even when cutting.

I weigh myself every morning at the same time in just boxers. I would only count the weight number first thing in the morning
Yeah I usually have between a 5 to 7 lb swing from morning to night
well got my cardio in today. A good 2 hours of basketball. Did a super intense shoulder workout afterwards. Felt awesome. Strength gains i feel are starting to kick in. Weight which was heavy before is now easier and i can do a good couple more reps. I feel some joint pains and the slugishness is a pretty big side which i didnt think would bother me so much. Also having some nice backne starting to kick in. I can see it. Other then that so far so good. pretty happy that its only day 9
I know you know this, but the strength gains should be starting, so I suggest be careful to keep it slow and controlled and not jerk the weights. Watch that shoulder.
Definitely man. I stopped doing the 5 x 5 program. Just cant take the strain on my body anymore. Ill only be doing back heavy cause i dont feel my shoulder much. The rest of the workouts will be targeted at a 8-12 rep range. I try to pyramid up and down through out my workout.
weight 187 on day 10. Only up 1 pound from the start but i have abs still which i know is bad to care about but i am unfortunately one of those people. I look solid tho. People normally look at me when i work out but ive been catching alot more recently lol i feel awesome gym wise. I can allredy feel the sluggishness this morning so if you ever plan on taking this prepare for that. I did also do 2 hours of cardio yesterday so that could be a primary reason for the drop in weight. I am eating about 3500-4000 cals a day so dont think i dont have the diet in check. I eat 5-6 times a day and mainly healthy sources of food. (everyone has to cheat here and there im only human)
hey bro decent log so far im just finding it but I got all caught up. My 1st thought was that your deadlift numbers were a little low vs. your bench press then i realized you hadn't logged any squats so i looked again and realized there's no leg workouts at all and that you do deadlifts as a back excersize... Whats the leg status?

There is a leg workout on i think it was day 5 or 6. I actually do legs today. That day i was in a rush and couldnt log it. Ill be logging my leg workout today. I have never lifted for strength so thats why my numbers arent high. I wont be able to either. My shoulder and joints have been killing me. Idk if thats metha side or not but im in pain from lifting so heavy and i know ill get better resuts from an 8-12 rep range. For squating i nrmally do about 205 8-10 reps. So figure id say about 245 or so 5 times. I am an experienced lifter but have allways lifted towards the higher rep range. If you have any other questions on the supp itself feel free to ask. Ill be posting pics next monday as my two week progress pics
I do deadlifts on my back day as well, for lower back. IMO best lower back exercise there is, and as a bonus you get some extra leg work on your back day!
