    The pump i got today was EXHILARATING. Unreal leg workout. I had my freind at the gym (used to enter in competitions. hes a pretty big dude lol) just guide me through the workout and give me some tips on different ways to position my legs to target different areas and it worked amazing. The strength i had was unreal. I mean me doing 225 10 times is a HUGE improvement. I could have EASILY gone up way more but like i said my damn joints are holding me back. PAIN IN MY ASS. its unfortunate but im not risking an injury just to say i squated 315. Overall guys this stuff is great minus some of these sides. I feel awesome. Look wise i mean i feel like i still look the same but people have said ive gotten bigger. You are your own worst critic as they say. Was an awesome workout. Amazing pumps and awesome strength.

    well ill tell you this. im on it and about 10 days in or so. I havent seen much of a diff in size but strength has gone up quite a bit. Like i said in legs i was blown away today. I literally couldnt believe how easy it was for me to squat 225. I cant really test the strength out cause my shoulder and joints so im limited. They say about 2 weeks in i should start noticing some size so well see

    its hard to say man. Im such a harsh critic on myself. I do diet properly and lift hard. I cant really say. Ill post some pics monday morning cause thatll be 2 weeks so you be the judges. I can tell you my arms havent grown 1 inch if thats what people are expecting lol lets be realistic.

    weight today is 187.7 looking back at the beginning pics i didnt think id see a difference. I do see a slight difference actually plus im a little leaner

    keep in mind im only up 1.5 pounds from my original weight. I am trying to put on real lean muscle. Havent gained an ounce of fat. If anything ive lost some fat and retained my muscle cause i for sure havent gotten smaller. The pics dont do it justice in person you can def tell ive gotten bigger

    sorry about the double pics i dont like the lighting upstairs so i took ones in my room with better lighting.

    I love that feeling of getting complimented. Makes uk your doing something right and also makes u go harder. Sometimes we don't see much difference ourselves because we always look in the mirror but when someone outside sees us they sure see the difference.

    Yea man ive been working real hard. I know ill see some nice gains in the last 2 weeks. They say it takes two weeks to fully get in your system

    Today i actually felt like i was on something lol like a steroid. I felt so big it was awesome. My arms look pumped without a pump. Cant beleive i have 18 days left man. I am so excited. Stuff is pretty awesome. You will get shut down on it so prepare for that. Sluggishness is big one. Ive been lifting super heavy so idk if its that thats hurting my joints or the supp but that could be a possible side. My legs felt like noodles today sorry if you were expecting deadlift numbers but it was out of the question

    What does your forma dosage look like? That could possibly be the cause of all your joint pain... Side affect of AI's. Good log btw

    Thanks man. Ive been dosing the forma at 4-5 pumps twice daily. Ive done research and have found out that ai's do also inhibit gains quite a bit so im sure thats why i havent been gaining rapid weight. Im looking to make solid gains regardless even if its only 5 pounds

    Try lowerung it to 2-3 pumps twice a day and see if your joint pain gets better.. Just a thought.

    Or cut it out completely and save the AI for pct.. You shouldnt have to worry about taking an AI during this short cycle, IMO.

    I would man. but id rather just drop to an 8-12 rep range and not chance the gyno. I know my body and ill still see some nice changes at 8-12 reps with moderately heavy weights

    The total number of sets you do per workout is inspiring! Makes me want to step my sets up... Keep killing it what joint support are you taking? Fish oil and glucosamine & chondroitin are joint staples for me.
