    Anavar Log


    I'm new to this forum, but not to AAS use. I plan on using this as a log for an Anavar only cycle. Please no flaming, its not needed here. I'm doing this to inform newbies, or anyone else interested, on the results and possible sides of Anavar (oxandrolone). I should be getting my gear sometime this week.

    Stats:
    Age 26
    Height 6'0
    Weight 190
    B/F 14% (14.6 but I'm being nice to myself haha)
    Weight training since 16 on and off, serious for last 7 months. May be too soon to cycle, but I'm doing it anyways.

    My plan is to drop bf % and maintain strength and hopefully add some good quality lean mass. Im not expecting to get huge, just a little more toned.


    I have to possible options to cycle this:

    OPTION 1
    Week 1-8 50mg ED split into 2 doses (25mg morning, 25 mg night)


    OPTION 2
    Week 1-6 75mg ED split into 3 doses (25mg morning, 25mg pre workout, 25mg night)



    Sups while on cycle:
    Creatine Monohydrate
    Whey protein
    Cassein Protein
    Multi V
    Fish Oils



    Planned Workout: (all sets are 15, 12, 10 reps)


    Monday: Chest and Biceps

    Flat Barbell Bench, 3 sets
    Incline Barbell bench, 2 sets
    Decline Barbell Bench, 3 sets
    Flys (Flat, Incline, Decline alternating every week) 3 sets
    Barbell Curls, 3 sets
    21s, 3 sets
    Hammer Curl, 3 sets
    Wheel Curl, 3 sets
    Cardio 15 mins (maybe longer if the var shin pumps arent that bad)
    Abs Machine, 3 sets
    Hanging leg raises, 3 sets


    Tuesday: Quads
    Leg extensions, 3 sets
    Lunges
    Squats, 3 sets
    Calf Raises, 3 sets
    Abs (same)


    Wednesday: Back

    Pulldowns, 3 sets
    Pulldown Behind Neck, 3 sets
    Seated Rows, 3 sets (Will try and alternate with bent over rows)
    Hyperextensions, 3 sets of 15 reps with 25lb plate
    Dumbell rows, 3 sets
    Dead Lifts, 3 sets
    Cardio 15 mins
    Abs


    Thursday: Shoulders and Triceps

    Seated Military Press, 3 sets
    lateral Raises, 3 sets
    Front Raises, 3 sets
    Reversed Flys, 3 sets
    Cable Shoulder Press, 3 sets
    Cable Laterals, 3 sets
    Tri Pulldowns, 3 sets
    Overhead Extensions, 3 sets
    Dips, 3 sets


    Friday: Hamstrings

    Lying leg curls, 3 sets
    Leg Press, 3 sets
    Single leg curl, 3 sets
    Calf Raises, 3 sets
    Seated Calf raises, 3 sets
    Abs

    SAT OFF

    SUN OFF



    I did it this way so i can train everything 2x a week without being too fatigued and i hate missing gym days, thats why theres no break.

    I will do before and after pics and hopefully update with a pic every week.

    My journey will begin by Friday hopefully!

    Havent gotten my var yet but I'm still going to update my daily workouts. This way you can see what my lifts were before, during, and after the cycle.


    Yesterday: Chest

    Flat bench- 135 x10, 185x 10, 225x 3

    Incline bench- 135x10, 185x 6

    Decline Bench- 135x 10, 185x 10, 225x 3

    Dumbell Flys- missed out

    Cable Flys- 35x 10, 40x 10, 45x 10



    Today- Quads
    Leg Extensions- warmed up with 3 sets of 15 reps at 140

    Squats- 135x 10, 185x 10, 205x 5 (First time doing squats since I was younger haha)

    Leg Press- Started with 2 plates each side, ended at 8 plates. Total of 16 plates plus another 45 for the platform. So 225 lbs to 765 lbs.

    Calf raises- 2 sets of 145 at 15 reps

    Abs- 2 sets of 10 at 90 lbs

    Will update tomorrows workout and let you know when I get my Var!

    Got my var. sticking with 50mg at 8 weeks. Took 25mg this morning, will take the other tonight before workout. I'll update again after workout

    Why var for only 4 weeks? It starts to really kick in between weeks 2 and 3...proviron will keep your test up and you won't lose libido. Keep your Creatine at 5g, no more is necessary. I don't know much about HGH but I'm assuming 3 weeks won't do anything. I'd use the test booster durin pct. run nolva at 40/20/20. I'd also use Clen during the cycle to cut up even more, but at 120mcg. This is just my opinion. Any more questions?

    I'm running it for only 4 weeks because I'm almost 19 years old and this is my first cycle,I wanna keep it as brief as possible and trust me,I've read on other forums that people ran it for 4 weeks also and gained amazing results! and im using hgh supplement because if you didn't know,nolvadex reduces ur igf-1 levels when u take it.

    oh and I read somewhere that using clen during the cycle hinders gains on cycle so I'm avoiding it on cycle+I also read that clen has anti catabolic abilities and that will help a lot in PCT!

    At 19 years old you shouldn't be touching AAS. Even with Anavar being a mild steroid it will still do damage. You could be on trt by the time you're my age. I wouldn't do it bro. But no one is going to stop you. I don't think 4 weeks is worth the price. Just my .02

    Day 2- Worked arms today instead of shoulders.

    Preacher Curls- 110 x 10, 125 x 10, 140 x 6, 80 x 10

    Overhead Tricep (machine) 160 x 10, 170 x 10, 150 x 8.

    Incline Bicep Isolation Machine 70 x 10, 80 x 10, 90 x 5

    Tricep extension (machine) 160 x 10, 170 x 10, 180 x 10

    21s- 30 x 21

    Hammer curl 25 x 15 (2 sets)
    Super set with
    Wheel Curl 25 x 15 (2 sets)

    Forearm curls 60 x 30

    Overhead Tricep (barbell) 60 x 10

    Tricep Pulldown 52 x 10, 65 x 10

    25 mins of cardio (walking)


    Notes:
    Had more of a pump today. Not too much as its only day 2. Saw a little increase in vascularity, one forearm vein looked like I had a pencil stuck under my skin. Right Bicep vein popped a little more, and my left Bicep, which never shows, popped out today for the first time. After I took my dosage, I felt a little tired and not as hungry.

    Will update tomorrows shoulder workout!

    Missed the gym today. Weight today is 192, probably from my undigested food.

    Notes: About 20 minutes after both doses, I had to take a ****, which is good because I won't have that extra weight in, if any. A little vascularity increase but not much.

    I'd go with Primo or EQ. Either one will make you look shredded! I think primo might be better though, just my .02

    Thanks brother, I really look into that myself, was a little hesitant bc of the reported hair loss thing, I haven't had any bad sides from test alone, or decca the one time I ran it. I have cycle support on hand and was trying to see what else I'd need to maybe help prevent the hair loss if it even happens. Again thanks!

    Well if you haven't had any hair loss problems, I'd just go for it. Especially since you havent seen it from Test or Decca. If you're worried, get that anti balding shampoo. I can't think of the name though :/ sorry

    Nothing so far yet as far as my libido. The only thing I'm getting is a softened stool, not diarrhea though, and a little more tired than usual. But I'm starting to see more veins on my forearms. They aren't bulging but I have a feeling within the next few weeks they will

    I wasn't expecting much out of it anyway. I'm keeping it at 50 so I can run it longer. I get them in the 50mg caps and they weren't too expensive. Way cheaper than getting 10mg caps. Thanks for joining bro!

    I agree. The softened stool makes deucing a lot easier and it like empties my stomach completely. Sorry about your boy haha

    Np it was years ago. He had to chance his diet. Yeah man my brother keeps messsing with my two boys trying to tell them that cheese makes you constipated.

    Day 6

    Today's weight 193. Again, within 20 minutes of takin my dose, I had to sh*t. Seeing more veins on my forearms and calves but aren't bulging yet. I'm gonna do a chest workout in a bit so I'll update after my workout to see if I've had any strength gains yet. Looking for a few more reps today.

    Workout went pretty smooth! I jumped in with some guy that's bigger than me and kept up with him and even went to his max!

    Flat bench-
    135lbs x 10 (easy weight but was a little crooked)
    185lbs x 10 (easier than usual and I pumped 10 super easy while the big guy only did 8 and kinda struggled)
    225lbs x 3 (didn't get any easier, still kinda hard)
    255lbs x 1 (new personal best)

    Incline bench-
    135 x 10 (felt the same)
    185 x 3 (little harder than usual)

    Decline bench-
    135 x 10 (super easy!)
    185 x 10 (little easier than normal)
    225 x 3 (still the same)

    Incline flys-
    30 x 10 (easy)
    35 x 10 (easy)
    40 x10 (moderate, also the most I've done so far, just added flys recently)

    Had to cut my workout short today. But all in all it went pretty smooth. I definitely feel the var kick in today. Didn't go up much, but the reps felt easier. Will update tomorrows leg workout.

    I never cycled anything, and I'm natural but i am considering anavar. A big shredded guy at my gym suggested 30mg ed for 6 weeks. I'm 6'0" tall, 10% bf, and weigh 190lbs.

    My goal is to drop to 7% bodyfat and maybe gain 5-10lbs of LBM once I'm done with the cycle.

    -Should I follow his suggestions ?
    -Will I be ever normal again after I'm done with the cycle ?
    -What do I need to do to go back to a normal state with all hormones and body functions acting normally ?

    No homo but you've got a great physique already bro. IMO 30mg isn't anything. I wouldn't do anything lower than 50mg otherwise it's a waste of money. 7% is very hard to achieve. You might get to 9%....8% if you're lucky. Var doesn't shut you down completely so a short Nolva PCT Should do just fine. If you really want to cut to 7%...I'd run a test/primo/var cycle. You'll have better chances. Hope my advice helped.

    Thank you bro, but I want to achieve an insane level of shredded-ness. I will reconfirm with the big dude and ask him if I need more than 30mg/day.

    So, are you telling me that ALL i need for this cycle is anavar and nolvadex for PCT and I'm ready to hit the beaches of europe in a month and a half ?

    If yes, how much nolvadex should I take per day and for how long once I'm done with anavar ? . Would reaalllllyyy appreciate feedback bro.

    Anavar doesn't hit you as hard as other AAS. So nolva should be fine. Id do a 40/20/20. So 40mg first week every day, 20mg every day for the 2nd and 3rd week. I understand that you want to be super shredded and all but 7% is where the pros are at. Good luck with it bro

    Yes Nolvadex from a pharmaceutical company called AstraZeneca. 30 10mg pills in each package. Is it any good, I spotted this at my pharmacy about 2 hours ago.

    Can't help you out with that one bro. All the nolva I've used is made from the lab I get my gear from. It should be good but you'll need 2 packs of those

    Sorry to cut in, astra zeneca is who made the tamoxifen(nolvadex) my grandmother took for her breast cancer. So I would assume thats a good source for it.

    Also, been looking at compounds for a first trip to the dark side, hear good things about anavar, will be following thus. And by good things, i meant minimal water gain, but good strength gains, which is my primary interest.
