So I'm thinking about doing a cycle of a low dose of testosterone to help with recovery and strength. I am doing heavy olympic lifting with a coach three days a week and cross fit three days a week and I like to throw in some fairly mellow running as well. From some research sounds like maybe juice wouldn't be very beneficial or even dangerous but was wondering what some thoughts were on a low dosage. Also I have never messed with this **** before so I was hoping for some guidance on what type of test product, dosage, PCT. Thanks.
