On day 5 already
Had a mean back bis n abs workout, definately getting a pump from this combo, could be placebo but it sure doesnt feel like it.
Have a strong drive to workout, euphoria at times, hungry after taking dose(which is not what I want!!) all could be placebo but also could not be...
Some side effects: a little acne and a more oily face, benzoyl peroxide and face wash easily take care of the problem though

Upping the dose day after tomorrow to 45epi/75hdrol
Did 15 min of HIIT sprints, doses spaced 8 hrs apart, got work in three hours..
Will weigh in tomorrow, will post up pics soon if you all want me to, just let me know altho they will be from today because my phone deleted all my other pics

Thats pretty much it.. rest day today so gonna kill it tomorrow in the gym!
On a side note: should I order some ment for preworkout? Im hearing great stuff about it..just a thought

One Week Review
40 epi/50 hdrol today
Bumping up to 50 epi/75hdrol tomorrow, excited to bump it up!!
Weight: 178.5 (+3.5)
Notes: Shirts are tighter and pants are looser just ever so slightly, I know Im doing a successful recomp so far because my pack is more visible and Im getting more cuts in my arms and veins showing up a little everywhere, but I also look bigger and weigh heavier. First week went very well, I felt it start to 'kick in' around day 5. Diet has been in check although I just bought some cookie dough from a friends kid so thats been a huge temptation sitting in my fridge but Ive managed around it!
Side Effects: Noticed a little nipple itching yesterday, but its gone away(may add an AI later because Im going to start taking MENT PWO in a week or so, need to wait for the order to come through). Oilier face, a little bit more acne...other than that not much to rly note here except a little aggression (positive aggression). BP was 117/69
Anyone want me to post my workouts?

Tore up my legs today, had my first backpump so will jump on taurine for the remainder of the cycle. And I did decide on adding MENT 30mgs for the last 4 weeks, 20mgs PWO and 10mgs spread throughout the day, will be taking erase as a precaution to any gyno problems that may occur, hopefully it will be enough. I was told that there is no conversion to estro from MENT but was also told the opposite so we'll see.. Ill keep ya posted, very excited for it to come into play here in my cycle. I feel very well recovered from all my workouts this week, this tells me two things
1: Work harder
2: The compounds are kicking in

Side Effects: As noted above, back pumps now. A few pimples, nothing benzoyl peroxide cant fix. No high BP, cycle assist is keepin that in check.

Rest day today. Did 5 100yard sprints...mixed in with some swim sprints in my pool. Felt nice haha. Todays a low carb day, Im going to wild water with my girl on tuesday so Ill be low carbing every day til then, with 30-50gs carbs pre+post workout on workout days to keep energy high during the workout but also look as lean as possible for wild water.
Excited for MENT to come in still! Should be here monday or tuesday, just in time to start it up. Pumped for the workout tomorrow, itll be chest n tris.

Killed my chest today, I like this new program.. no new PRs as of yet tho, but its still early so who knows.
Side Effects: Definately noticing some more acne, damn stuff will disappear then make a reappearence. Other than that not much to note

Really enjoying this cycle so far, can definately notice a difference in the mirror, solid recomping effects.

Welcome aboard! Ive ran epi solo before and it was fun, decided to amp it up by adding in hdrol, best of luck in your PCT man, thats what it comes down to in the end for gains

Day 11
45 Epi/ 75 Hdrol
Back n Bis today, didnt perform as well as I have been these past few workouts admittedly, maybe because it was earlier in the morning than Im used to and it was a low carb day, Im attributing it to that.
My pack is coming in strong now, low carbing it has been doing wonders on cycle, may have to start going high med low low low from now on or high low med low low, but we'll see
Im leaning out everywhere, especially my shoulders n chest, they 'look' bigger, but this could just be an illusion.
Side Effects: None to note for today, shoulder/back acne but thats a usual for me :( and its not that bad honestly.
Also, dunno if this is a side effect or not but my piss has been...bubblier? than usual, still keepin it clear tho so Im not too too worried, just an interesting side note.

Id say so as well, never tried SD so I cant compare the two but I am loving this stack as of now. Are you planning on adding MENT? Cuz I may add ment which may affect my libido through the cycle (actually hoping it will spike it, gotta keep the gf happy if ya know what I'm sayin)

Finally got a workout partner again so I was able to actually go to failure on my sets today, so happy about that. Grubbed out on fathers day but I ran this morning sprints to counteract any fat gain as well as do it tomorrow, all fasted. Switched up my training routine from 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off to 4 on 1 off, we'll see how that goes, may switch it up to 4 on 2 off all depends...
Side Effects: Nothing new to note.

Recomp, I think katana is a bit expensive for the results it delivers, so I went with hdrol and my supp Im taking is prestacked 15 epi/25 hdrol, thought that sounded reasonable and got it for a good price so I picked it up instead. And I rly was itchin for this stack, had a great run on epi and heard great things about hdrol so why not combine the two ya know?

Nawh still goin hard! He has brain bleeding, messed up his face pretty bad, on a breathing machine..not doin too well. Dont know full details but I guess he was asleep at the wheel

45 Epi/ 75 Hdrol
Will start 55 epi/75 hdrol tomorrow

Weight: 177 (+2 from start)
Lost 1 1/2 pounds, but I look a lot leaner and visibly(illusionarily) bigger it seems.
Notes: Strength gains are prominant, added 50 lbs to my squat (but thats because my squat is ****) adding weight to every exersize so far, but lowering reps so it evens out, but still, adding 30 lbs and lowering 3 reps is still an increase is strength to me..
Lookin leaner, and for some reason it seems I tan easier? Weird. Cant wait for this stuff to rly kick in, should be rly soon. I think the first weigh in was a fluke cuz I hadnt pissed yet that morning and most of it was placebo I believe... anyways onto the side effects
Side Effects: Bubblier piss, increased hair growth(faster growing and more of it), slight increase in BP occasionally it feels like, but everytime I measure it, its normal. Acne. Aggression (the good and the bad)

Legs are soar from yesterday, and my necks a bit stiff from the wreck, coulda been a lot worse though.

20 MENT PWO!

Ment along with erase and some other goodies came in today, so stoked. Had a great workout due to it being an extremely well deserved good day. MENT PWO gave me alittle extra recovery shortening..maybe some more pump than usual..but I only dosed it 20 and it was the first dose so maybe itll kick in later. Ill give it a few days then bump up the dose and test it out.
Look a little bloated from yesterdays binge, I feel awful for it but it was well deserved as well...will do some extra cardio to compensate for it tomorrow.
Killed chest n tris so happy about that, will keep you posted.

Ran 10 ment prior to sprints, had massive leg pumps...
Ran 30 ment prior to workout..had massive everywhere pumps, looked like a monster honestly, never seen myself so pumped before. Quick recovery times, and I felt good all day. Libido up a little (never went down) and alittle bit of bloat is showing. Pulsing nolva 20 mgs eod and erase 3 caps a day everyday...prob run ment either every training day or jst everyday but lower on non training days...not sure yet...we'll see how it goes cuz Im not liking this bloat haha, I like that lean hard look! But how I love the pumps, feel goodness, high libido, and quicker recovery! Decisions decisions

On to the main compounds, definately noticing them kicking in. My six pack has come in in full so thats a sure sign of leaning out, but now its starting to fade a little from the bloat Im assuming. Backs looking ripped as ****...
Side Effects: Acne has died down but been replaced with hair growth (from the epi Im assuming)

Worked out in the morning today, killed my shoulders n traps. Im lovin this ment so far, 30 might be my sweet spot, Ill have to try 35 next and compare, and work my way up til I truly find the sweet spot. Didnt eat a lot today, was working nearly all day and forgot my food at home.. no matter, just more fat to fall off!
Side Effects: Noticed a little atrophy, and it takes me longer to bust now..never heard of that side effect before, not sure whether to contribute this to the ment or my epidrol

40 ment PWO

Hit squat and deadlift PRs today, leg day, killed it. I think 30 is my sweet spot, did not notice much a difference between 30 and 40 mgs for preworkout except maybe a little more sweating..will try 50 anyways and 60 for kicks...maybe even go up to 80 one workout for the hell of it, take it on a test run.
Change of plans on the dosing scheme, Im actually able to dose 100 hdrol/60 epi for the last three weeks, Im going to either do that or bump up the last week to 125 hdrol/75 epi but that seems too high for epi..
Side Effects: 6 grams of taurine could not stop my backpumps, but they werent too bad. I blame em on the deadlifts...may go up to 10 for leg days. Some more aggression is noted now as well...

Up the taurine if it's not controlling back pumps. I also noticed when I was on I would always have back pumps for the first 2-3 sets of deads, probably because I did them immediately after taking the taurine and it hadn't taken effect yet.

Will definately up the taurine on leg days, yeah thats probably why, I usually take my taurine roughly 1/2-1 full hour before working out. Last epi solo cycle that worked perfectly at 6 grams, must be the two compounds combined, super pumps! require more taurine I suppose.

Rest day today, gonna do some HIIT sprints later tonight, shed off some of this extra water weight Ive added from ment, and from my poor diet these past few days. Low carb day today, only one carb meal which I had earlier to help facilitate my sprints...feelin good so far, no major sides..lovin this stack. Weigh in tomorrow as well as upping my dose, and maybe some mid cycle progress pics..sorry couldnt add beginning pics, they got deleted cuz of new phone.
Side Effects: Nothing new, just the usual. Acne has died down a bit, Ive been scrubbing with a loofa harder and its been working.

3 Week Overview

35 MENT pwo

The ment has definately added a little bit of water weight, roughly 2 lbs Id say so far, I found my sweet spot which is 30 mgs pwo, but may lower it to 25 and see if thats better, the less of it I use the happier Ill be Id say.. abs are kina fading now but Im getting a lot bigger, so Ill have to add more cardio and cut back on some cals for awhile, cuz Im aiming to keep this pack nice and defined and getting shredded.
Strength: ++ adding 50 lbs -2 reps on squats every week
Aggression: + Some minor aggression, nothing major
Recovery: +++ Major recovery, both during the workout and recovery from after it
Side Effects: Neutral some minor side effects like acne, bubbly piss, back pumps

Day 21
Killed chest, was able to add weight to every lift (between 10-30 lbs) and was not tired at all afterwards, the compounds are all definately in full force now, gonna be a great nother 3 weeks

60 MENT pwo-- gave me itchier nips, bigger pumps, and shorter recovery time, but not much compared to 30. Will try 25 next time (trying to minimize bloat)

Strength continues to rise, recovery time continues to lessen, bloat is on the rise :( bye bye abs for now, may discontinue ment jst for this and sell the rest of the bag to a friend...guess we'll see, I jst love it pwo so much Im tempted to jst say **** it and deal without that hard look. But the itchy nips are starting to sketch me out, so Im pretty sure Im going to discontinue it, save the rest or sell it, unsure.
No new sides, been pretty side free..jst positive ones. Low carb day today, killed my back n biceps workout as usual. Peace out guys

Sold my MENT, got too sketched out from the puffy/itchy nips..still gna take erase tho. Cant wait for this bloat to go away. Got lucky tonight so I smoked my last lucky cig, quitting now, been off and on for about 10 years but now its for good. So tired tho tonight guys, wont post much. Goodnight.

Gj on the quitting. Not many people can do it. Most people claim they are quitting but then you see them in the smoke pit bumming. I shot up 5 lbs instantly after quitting. Remember the first 72 hours.are the chemical addiction and then after that its mental.

Well its been roughly 24 hours and still goin strong so only 48 more to go! Wow, 5 lbs?! Was that jst from the appetite suppression from the cigs or..?

Approaching 4 weeks :( this is going by way too fast. Im super leaning out now, got my diet back in check and my cardio...muscles look and feel fuller. And on top of it all Im feelin really freakin great for cycling two methyls. May take sdrol next cycle honestly, 5-10 mgs for 6 weeks Im thinkin, but we'll see what goes down. Some acne poppin up from the increased dosage and the back pumps are worse but the gains are so much better. Hit a couple PRs on my leg workout today, feels good. Peace

Am considering finishing this cycle off with some SD, is this a stupid idea? That or extend this cycle to 8 weeks...Im not so sure.
Was another off day today due to me feeling sick but I feel better. Gettin some good bbq grub on, which means I can eat which means its not so bad, 100 degree fever and headache, nothin serious.
Will KILL it at the gym tomorrow, prob cram two workouts in tomorrow plus some cardio, wanna make these last few weeks really count.

Side Effects: nothing new to note, jst the same sides as usual.

Im looking and feeling bloated around my midsection..may have to get in some more fiber. See if that does the trick, if not then drink more water, if not that then well damn, idk! More cardio I guess!
Was sick still last night, but not feeling sick this morning so unsure whether Im going to go to the gym or not..I know I should cuz Ive had waaaay too many rest days recently, feel like Im wasting the cycle, but then again I want my body to fully recover. Decisions decisions..working the next three days straight and then get 4 whole days off, will murder the gym in those 4 days.
Not much else to report other than I may end this cycle with a few weeks of superdrol, or extend it to 8 weeks @ 75 epi/100 hdrol. Ridiculous high dose in my opinion, and based on how I feel at 60/100 I think this product may be underdosed, or maybe I am jst extremely tolerant of it.

Miscounted my pills so it seems I only have a week left. Did a fasted chest workout, still have most my strength and even some gains. But I have accumulated some fat so I will be doing cardio every day until pct. Started DAA today and have work today as well so Ill try to hit my macros...its hard to eat at work. Peace

If you have trouble fitting in good cals at work you should mix up some trail mix(don't use premixed stuff it's usually full of oils). I usually buy a bunch of cashews, peanuts, and walnuts(unsalted if you can get them) and then mix them with raisins and some other dried fruit. Healthy, easy to take with you, lots of protein. I also commonly eat string cheese or small cubes of cheddar, which is a good source of complete protein.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, been super busy lately. I lowered the dose cuz I miscounted the pills so as of now I have 5 days left on cycle, wont quite make it to six weeks though... lookin hella leaner. Gna do morning cardio and fasted training everyday but eat plenty during the day, maybe hit the gym twice in one day or the next five days then start PCT. Alrdy started the DAA...
Hella cut back my cals, so hungry currently.. but will bump them back up now, dont want any rebound weight gain from the change of cals.

No problem man, I have a lot of trouble with eating because I am always riding around in a truck at work and almost never get to go into a building or stop for anything, so I definitely feel you on the difficulty of getting food in.
