Test Cypionate and winny cycle

Looking to start my first real cycle. ive got 2 bottles of test cyp 250 and 100 10mg winny tabs
arrimidex and clomid on hand.
also taking liver support (milk thistle)
currently pre loading the liver support.

basically i plan on taking 500 mg a week of test cyp
sun/thur
and i dont know how to throw in the winny because ive never used winny before and dont know many who have. so please let me know what to expect with the cyp/ and how to dose my winny

stats:
right now im about 210 around 11 or 12 percent bf
age 22
cycle experience is only 1 PH and 1 dbol only cycle
so please throw your .02 my way im here to learn
