cycle log (1-T Hydroxytest + M5AA)

Hi everyone--this is not my frist cycle, however, it is my first cycle on these particular PH's---I figured I would keep a log and chart my progress-- I am charging my digital camera so I should have some "before' pics withint a day or two:
Stats:
32 years old
225 pounds
~13-14% BF
training for about 10 years off and on

Day 1: 10/9/2004

day off from the gym
4 ml of Hydroxytest applied before bed
60mg of M5AA


no stimulation from M5AA that would cause me to not fall asleep

taking liquid milk thistle and liquid hawthorne berry (1,000 mgs each)
also taking CEE from Invalid Link Removed (3g/day)

Day 2:

8am: 2ml of Hydroxytest applied
20mgs of M5AA


workout: legs day (my favorite)

leg press 6 x 360, 6 x 630, 6 x 810
hamstring curl 6 x 110, 6 x 140, 6 x 170, 4 x 215
leg (quads) curl 6 x 170, 6 x 250, 4 x 310
hip adductor 8 x 100, 6 x 150, 6 x 195
hip abductor 8 x 100, 6 x 150, 6 x 195
seated calf raises 90 x 8, 180 x 8, 270 x 6, 360 x 5

1/2 hour moderate cardio stairmaster (long strides-good for stretching out the legs post-workout)


7:30pm: 2ml of Hydroxytest applied
40 mgs of M5AA
 
Looks alot like my cycle. I ran about 6mls of the stuff a day, think I went up to 8 for a few days. I also used legalgears M5aa (masterdrol) it is my favorite m5aa as it has beta sisterol and NAC. Some say these may lessen gains but Im trying to grow my muscles, not my prostate.
 
Day 3:



8am: 2ml of Hydroxytest + 20mgs M5

workout 630pm: arms--
slant curl machine (uses free weights)--6 x 45, 6 x 90, 4 x 135
close-grip bench on Smith machine--105 x 6, 195 x 6, 285 x 2
incline curls--30 x 6, 40 x 6, 50 x 6
reverse tricep pushdowns--6 x 40, 6 x 80, 6 x 100, 6 x 120
superset 1 arm curls/1 arm tricep pressdown

8pm--2ml of Hydroxytest + 40mgs M5

I am feeling ok today-- but I am feeling some of the elbow pain I had a few months ago coming back-- i am going to add some MOHN in and see if that helps
 
Day 4:



8am: 2ml of Hydroxytest + 20mgs M5

workout 7pm: shoulders
seated dumbbell presses 6 x 25, 6, x 50, 6 x 70, 8 x 85
standing lateral raises 6 x 20, 6 x 30
reverse delt flys 6 x 100, 6 x 120
dumbbell shrugs 6 x 100, 6 x 125, 6 x 150
1/2 hour on stairmaster

8pm--2ml of Hydroxytest + 40mgs M5 + 20mgs MOHN
