Catchy headline for a thread eh? Both will be true. Running a 2 part cycle. Part 1, Alpha T-2, OEP. Part 2, SD, Mechabol. Depending on progress in phase one I'll either start the SD/MB @ week two, or week 4. So, needless to say, my pants wont fit anymore (i'll need new clothes) because my fat will be raped (thats the reasoning behind an adult). god i'm going to look shredded after this.
I will be logging this for informative purposes, and as a progress tracker for me. I'm sure some of you will be glad to come along for the ride.
This is a recomp more in the ball park of a high calorie cut, 2600/day; 300g protien, 200g carbs, 72g fats. lift will be heavy, cardio will suck since i hate it.

Mech 50/75/75/75/75/75-im sure i could run 100 but since im stacking it i see no need to go that high or above. as a s/a i'd probably ramp to 125
SD: 0/0/20/30/30/30- I'm assuming i'll be fine at 30, as i've dosed that high before with no real issues. i always start low just to make sure nothing crazy is going to happen, especially with new brands. couldnt bring my self to drop a bill on one bottle of CEL.
I will be running all of the necessary crap like cycle assist, taurine etc. etc... As far as pct, standard as well. nolva, and i'm going to use aromasin, got a ton of it cheaper than otc AI, and well, i do get fairly estro sensitive so i figure it will work even better. i'll probably run it during the ph side of the cycle as well. I'll start logging tonight after the gym. figured i'd toss this up there now since i got an hour and a half lunch break today.
