day one. popped one at-2 this am along with an oep cap. knocked back 2 tbsps of peanut butter and a protien shake for breakfast (i'm up at 430 am every day and really cant see my ass getting up early enough to make breakfast and eat it)

gym: today was my chest day. i refuse to do chest on mondays with everyone else. felt real weak today so i just decided to toss a little volume in instead of my typical pyramid type routine that starts at 12 and ends at oh crap pull the bar off my neck.

pull overs concluded my work out. felt a little sick-definately threw up- from the stims. my body hates them the first day or two. ill be back to normal by the end of the week from them, just wish me luck on sleep tonight would ya?
