Test prop and winny cycle

Im running a cycle with low dosage 300ml test prop a week and 150ml a week so I've been reading alot on gyno and don't think I'll have any trouble, so instead of using nov or arimidex I'm using diindolylmethane . I's this stuff good ( I know it will help out but not as good as the other stuff) but I'm wondering the dosages I should take ? Thanks guys

Use arimidex or exemestane for an AI. Don't mess with that other stuff.. prescription grade is your most reliable chance if gyno protection... trust me.
