Starting my RPN Havoc Log. This is my first ever log, and I will be posting in here almost every day to help myself keep track and also so I can get some questions answered along the way. Anyways! Tomorrow I will be picking up some more things at Walmart: saw palmetto, hawthorn berry, taurine, and some celery seed perhaps. Currently taking a break from Animal Pak and not taking Animal Flex yet, but instead a simple joint support vitamin from walmart.

I work in a kitchen some days, and on these days I kinda eat too much..
2C skim milk
2 Shakes: 1/2C oats, 2 scoops of optimum, 1TB of butter, cycle support, 1 banana
Nature Valley granola bar x2
8oz Roasted Turkey Breast
1/2C Mashed Potatoes
1C Green Beans
1/2C fresh squeezed citrus juice
1 Blueberry Muffin
1 2x2 serving of yellow cake w/chocolate frosting
2 pouches of scooby fruitsnacks
Vegetarian Sandwich: 2 Choplets, 2 slices of Brownberry Double Fiber bread w/ketchup and mustard

No workout today, was on my feet, running around all day with my 15 hrs of work. Did get a short arm workout in though at my other job since we were pretty slow so Ill post. Work in a sports store

Sub'd also running Havoc at 30/30/40/40 and I am up 6lbs in 2 weeks. I think you will like it as the gains are very dry. Good luck!

Hey guys, day 2 coming to an end. Screw this homework. I'm beat. Had a nice leg day this evening.

Plyo- DB squat jumps 3x10
DB step-ups, waist high 3x10
Zero contact verticals 3x10 and then one legged-3x10 each leg
agility training

hit ~24 inches jumping a few times.

Squat 5 sets. 155x10 175x8 185 x8 145x12 135x20 speed reps. I do a slow negative broken down into three parts to build elastic energy, then explode up at the last one.. Trying to up my vertical/leg explosiveness

Leg Press with 4 second negatives
450x10, 450x12, 450x16--got very lightheaded after this set. laid down on the ground and just wanted to pass out. Gym was super humid and I was sweating bullets for over an hour at this point. Pre-workout plyometrics/stretching had me beattttt! My BP post workout was 148/73. Top number was high for me. Probably pretty damn stressed after the leg pressing since I hate puking and felt like I could for a while there! All is well now. Feel like there's a couple things I'm forgetting. Oh well. Read up fellas!

Time for a midday update. I've only slept for about 15 hours out of the last three nights. School and work getting hectic right now. I'm unsure if I'm going to train tonight as I'm dying for a nap right now and don't feel very good. I gotta get right for class bright and early tomorrow (7am) so if I train tonight after taking a nap, my entire day will suck tomorrow cause I won't sleep as good. So then I'll have to nap again after that class and just mess everything up further. So we'll see.

Saw P caps and Taurine caps are on the way. TO THOSE WHO GET BACK/CALF PUMPS... do capsules work quickly enough? Or should they just be taken on days these areas are going to be stressed? Thanks a lot to anyone who answers!

and oh yeah. After last night's intense workout, I weighed 186.6. Just hopped off the scale.. 192.8. I think my scale is worthless. And that's the most I've weighed since about 3 weeks ago. Haha. I did up my cal intake/carb intake in prep for this cycle though but I'm getting leaner yet so I don't really know. Haha. I need a better scale.. !!!!

After adding cycle support and fish oil caps into my diet.. My BP has been higher the last three days. hmmmm.. Wonder if it's a fluke.

Anyways, another day of loading cycle support. Hit shoulders and triceps in the gym today. Felt pretty good. Though I'm not a fan of C4 very much.. It's the only Pre I have right now. Trying to get some water down. Got some food down too. Gonna be cooking some chicken soon.

Overall great pump in my triceps and in my traps/delts. Took me about 1.5 hours. Forearms sore.. Shoulders front and back and sore as hell too.

Not a lot of time to go into detail here...

Ate pretty good. No lift today....Got laid out at a basketball open gym...something evil happened to my left hip and glute and lower back. Hopefully it get's better fast...:/

Got my 2 scoops of cycle support, 10g of fish oil, a couple caps of lean green, and 1.5TB of cgt-10. Ate pretty well today too... Noticing I'm getting more vascular and people are starting to comment. Can't wait to start the havoc.

Flat Bench. Can't explain how I did it really. Basically a controlled partial rep, then back down, then a full rep. So on.. to train to eliminate the deadspot in form following immediately after touching the bar down to your chest. Really works the chest well.

Incline DB Press x12 x13 x10 x9 x7
Flat DB press x16 x12 x10 x10
Flat DB Flyes x10 x12 x7
Decline Bench x10 x9 x7

close grip db chest press x10 x10 x7. This feels great. Gripping a dumbell similar to how you could for tricep press, then lowering it down to your sternum then back up. Hard to explain. play with it and you'll start to feel an insane rip in your upper chest.

PullupsxBW/EZ Bar 21s supersetted 12x21's, 7x21's
BB curl x12 x10 x6 grueling negatives
Incline DB Curls x10 x8 x5

Overall a good workout. Chest felt good and strength felt good. Especially the DB press. I used 10 lbs heavier than usual for working weight and didn't notice a big jump. Don't follow a concrete routine.. Just some main lifts for a body part each day and I really go until I feel I've hit it well and can't really perform any exercises well haha. Keep wanting to jump the gun on Havoc but I know I gotta preload my support supps. HIP is feeling a lot better today, but still in no shape to jump/work on plyo like I hoped today. Pops weirdly with every step.

Any feedback welcome. Anyone following? lol.

BUSY BUSY!!

Goodness... Grams hooked it up with tons of italian roast beef and shredded chicken. Got ziplock bags of it all in the freezer. Super stoked.

Hit shoulders/triceps/plyo/cardio today.. Killed it. Felt very good after having a terrible back night, yesterday night. Just wasn't feeling it at all and was really unfocused...Just had a terrible mood all day.. haven't felt like that in a while.

Still loading cycle support and hawthorne berry and eating well. Probably go one more week and take my first dose of Havoc next Monday? Gonna be superrrrrr busy again this week so I may just wait a bit. We'll see how it plays out.
