    Bonjour,
    I am starting my log of 11-oxo and dimethazine. It has been quite awhile since this cycle was planned and now is the time to give it my all. Also it is about damn time.

    Cycle Layout:
    11-oxo 250mg 8 am, 250mg 2pm, 250mg 8pm, for 6 weeks
    Dimethazine 15mg morning 15mg pre-afternoon workout weeks 2-6
    Rs transderm 5 pumps 6 weeks
    Week 1-2 Alpha T2 3 caps, motivate 3 caps, Shift 3 caps

    Support supplements
    AI life support 3 caps daily
    Now Grape seed 2 caps daily
    Taurine, 3 grams daily as needed
    Forged liver support 1/1/1/1/1/1
    Joint support as needed
    Creatine 3g daily

    Post cycle:
    Clomid: 100/50/50/25
    Erase 0/0/3/2/1
    DAA 3/3/3/3/3/3
    Forged Post cycle till it runs out
    AI life support till I am out

    Noon legs
    Squats 6 x 8-12
    Leg press 6 x 8-12
    Leg extensions 6 x 12-15
    Leg curls 6 x 10-12
    Barbell lunges 5 x 15

    Afternoon
    HIIT session 30-40 minutes

    Friday
    Noon
    Ab workout

    Afternoon calves/cardio
    Steady state cardio
    Standing calf raises 10 x 10

    Saturday cardio

  4. few questions, why are you runnning alpha T2 and shift, and why for only 2 weeks? they are almost the same product.

    is 11 oxo, better for a cut than pro stanzol or furuaz?

  5. Alpha t2 and shift I have been running for a few weeks and I want to end it for blood pressure concerns before hitting the dimethazine. I couldn't tell you if 11-oxo was better then p-stanz or furuaz because I have yet to run them.

    Squats: 135x12, 185x12, 225x12, 275x10, 275x10, 275x8
    Leg press 800x12, 900x12, 1050x12, 1050x10, 1050x8
    Leg extensions: 10x12, 11x12, 12x12, 13x10, 13x10, 13x10
    Leg Curls: 10x10, 11x10, 12x10, 13x9, 13x8, 13x6
    Barbell lunges: 135x15, 135x15, 135x15, 135x15 (Trying to get form down thus the relatively light weight

    I forgot to write down the calves and forearms portion.

    HIIT went fairly well
    Ab work was about 30 minutes of situps, leg lifts, and ab rollers.

    Other then that all is well.

  30. This week I will post a leg press video..... haters. I am not really seeing it being that ridiculous considering the biggest guy at my gym does that weight with one leg. Thus me being half as strong as him. Also as of right now I just noticed I accidentally double posted the 12 set of leg press.

    Going well so far feeling warm and thats probably also because it is actually warm in washington.
    I was doing a bit of cardio and ab work today and I was a bit dehydrated, which wasnt fun or smart so now I am pounding a bit of water to get ready for tomorrows big day of gym fun.
