Been reading all through for the forum for a while to the point of my head spinning.
I have been lifting serious for a little over two years counting macros/doing layne nortons PHAT. I am 6'2 195 lbs currently. I was 204lbs, currently cutting. I was thinking of the cycle after my cut is complete. At around 13 bf% currently trying for 10> %. While on cycle I will be doing +500 calories over maintenece.
Wanted suggestions on something not harsh with low to no sides.
Already have/will take during:
Controlled labs fish
Controlled labs orange triad
Cissus
CEL cycle assist
Protein (trutein/xf)
Looking for suggestions on :
what PH to use/dosage
supplements to take before, during, after
Ai cycle support/ post cycle any good or is it a waste of time?
