    LIKES: no bloating, good lean muscle gain

    DISLIKES: join pain( I am not 100% sure if this is from the MDien), no big strength increases, painful muscle pumps, mild acne

  2. M-D Only 1st Cycle


    Very revealing. I have seen M-D lean me out generally. One must remember--you have to work out like a beast on this stuff. 1-Test and MOHN I have heard some negative sides on. M-D is very mild on liver function and I have had no sides. Some muscle "tightness" with associated joint pain(not notable). Muscle gain is steady at 9mg/d initially for 2 weeks and then 12mg/d for middle cycle. There is a general 'leaning out' effect. Consume high isolated protein with meals and work out very hard.

    Sorry to be anal, but this isn't right. If bodyfat % stayed the same and you gained weight, then you did in fact add some fat.
