Dips no weight added, 2 sets of 10
Weighted dips at 45lb, 3 sets of 5
Skull crushers, 75x10, 95x10, 95x10
Tricep Pushdowns, 70x10, 80x10, 90x10
HIIT jump rope 1min on 1 min off 15 cycles.
