I'm thinking about running H-drol as my first PH. I'm 22 and 6 foot 180 lbs 7% bf. I would definitely call myself a hard gainer.
I was thinking of running something like this;

Pre-cycle: (1 week prior to Cycle)
Cycle Assist
Regular daily stuff (multi vitamin, fish oil, Glutamine/protein after workouts)

Cycle Assist
H-drol- 50/50/75/75/75 not sure if I should do a 6th week?
Regular daily stuff
Also maybe taurine for the back pumps if needed

Nolva (Tamoxifen) 20/20/10/10
Regular daily stuff.

Should I continue to run the cycle assist in PCT?
Looking for any guidance/suggestions/help
