I am 22, 5' 10" 182lbs 10% bodyfat. Just got done dropping bodyfat, have been clean from any cycles for 3 months now. Last cycle was D-Zine which is probably one of my favorite cycles I have ran. I have finally made up my mind to try this new product from Phantom Labs called Phorce which is blend of D-Zine and M-LMG. I am going to be stacking it with Armidex (1mg eod) because I am super prone to gyno and I have read this should keep the sides down.

Major Goals: To see 190lbs after PCT at 10% bodyfat and to hit 315lbs on flat bench.

Phorce: 2 pills a day for a 4 week cycle
Liv 52: 5 pills 2x daily
Milk Thistle: 1g 2x daily
Saw Palmetto: 1000mg 2x daily
Hawthorn Berries: 1000mg 2x daily
Fish Oil: 2g 2x daily
Armidex: 1mg EOD

For PCT:
Week 1 PCT = 30mg Nolva

Week 2 PCT = 20mg Nolva, 3 pills Erase, 2 pills Nt-1 (7 days on 3 days off)

Week 3 PCT 20mg Nolva, 2 pills Erase, 2 pills Nt-1

Week 4 PCT = 10mg Nolva, 2 Erase, 2 pills Nt-1

Week 5 PCT = 10mg Nolva, 1 Erase, 2 pills Nt-1



I chose Erase for its ability as an AI as well is a cortisol blocker. I chose Universal Nutrition N1T because the LJ100 seems to get good reviews for natural test boosting properties. I also read LJ100 should be cycled 7 days on and a 2-3 days off for maximum effectiveness.


I started today.
I will be updating stats and dimensions tomorrow.

Workouts will be in 4 day splits: (Chest, Tri's)(Back, Bi's)(Legs, Shoulders)(off)

Diet will be pretty clean, high protein, high carbs (mostly complex), low fat.

2nd Day went fine, worked out Back and Bi's. I weighed in at 182.6lbs. I am doing 3 of my special weight gainer shakes a day between meals . Each contain 30g choc whey, a banana and a big scoop of peanut butter in milk. Today had 2 bowls of whole grain cereal, 4 pieces of wheat bread, 2 cans of tuna, a sweet potato, and a salmon fillet plus the shakes. I still have one more meal before bed. I took all my measurements today to better log my gains.

Arms: 16 1/4"
Chest: 41 1/2"
Legs: 23 1/2"
Neck: 16"
Waist: 32"

Day 3.. Chest and Tri's.. Weighed in at 183.6 (+1lbs)

Diet pretty much the same today, but had a steak and egg burrito for dinner instead of salmon and sweet potato. Strength is obviously still pretty much the same.

I am coming down with a horrible cold. Nose is turning into a faucet. DAMN IT. I feel my appetite going away!!! Ugh. Tomorrow is leg day.. Wish me luck!

Day 4!!!!! (Legs+Shoulders) 184.6(+2lbs)

Today sucked because I had a horrible sinus problem all day and felt pretty weak. Surprisingly enough I did really well. I just happened to push out another 2 reps on squats tonight on my high weight I normal don't get up. I can not wait till next week when this this cycle really kicks in.

Day 6 (Chest Tris) 183.5 (+1lbs)

Back in the gym today.. I am starting to get a good feeling about this stuff. I know I have lost a pound from the other day but I feel like I am actually losing some fat. Its hitting my sex drive too.. I have been hornier than a teenage jack rabbit on Viagra. Been popping random woods for the past few days. Strength wise.. I pushed out an extra rep today on my max bench so I was happy (I have been plateaued for like 2 months now). I wonder if it is the Armidex making me slim up and upping my sex drive. Either way, I like it.

Day 7 (Back + Bi's) 186.5(+4lbs)

Yesterday was good, was pretty surprised when I stepped on the scale. Somehow I manged to pull my damn back out racking some 100lb dumb bells, urghh. Loaded up on Ibprofen and Bengay. Diet has remained pretty clean, although for dinner I had 2 McDoubles from McDonald's. Still clean from any sides at this point and have had plenty of energy. My last D-Zine cycle I suffered from a little lethargy. Although still early in the cycle nothing has brought me down thus far. Legs and shoulders tonight, I think I'm reduced to leg press or other machines, my back is done for a few days at least.

My back is still pulled and sore so I ended up being stuck on the leg press. All and all we ended up doing a killer work out anyways by going from max weight to a "to failure" dropset all the way down to 2 plates. Finished up with leg extensions and curls. Libido seems to not be so strong today and almost feels as if it is weaker than normal. I am going to keep an eye on it because I hate hate hate having no libido. Might even cut the cycle short if it gets too bad. Cheers.

Yeah, just give it a little time and see what happens with the libido. I've seen M-LMG logs with loss of libido as well as increase in libido and, as ridiculous as it is, I've seen the same thing with D-Zine logs. It seems like the impact on libido is extremely user-specific.

On a different topic, I see you're dosing Phorce twice a day. I had just a couple questions: (1) what time of day are you taking each dose (roughly); (2) are you taking them on an empty stomach; if not, what is the relationship between the dose and the nearest meal? Thanks!

Its weird because a few days ago, I was super horny then all of sudden it was gone.

1st dose is first thing in the morning 30 minutes before a weight gainer shake, 2nd is 10-12 hours later depending when i wake up and when i can get to them. Sometimes I'm dosing the 2nd set with a meal, sometimes I am not. I have actually been wondering if it effects results on an empty stomach vs with a meal.

Damn, my weight is fluctuating like crazy. Today went good, I had no fatigue at all after my sets. I just kept lifting and lifting. Went up on my max a good 10 lbs today so that was pretty cool. I am not too upset about my weight dropping today because it has been a week since my last dimensions and I was pretty happy with the results.

Arms: 16 3/4" (+1/2")
Chest: 42" (+1/2")
Legs: 23 1/2"
Neck: 16"
Waist: 31 1/2" (-1/2)

Day 10 Back+Bi's

Didn't get a chance to weigh myself today because I had to lift at home today. Anyways, I feel good today, maybe a little lazy but, good. Also, yesterday everyone said I have been being a crab apple lately. I'll update weight tomorrow.

Day 11: Legs+Shoulders 185 (+2.5lbs)

Today has been fantastic, my back feels good. Energy is good. Was super productive today. I was able to do squats today. Got up to 275lbs on the squats without my back hurting going out so that is good. I am curious when my weight is going to start shooting up. Usually by now I am up a good 7-8lbs. I don't know why I am not gaining yet. Hopefully it goes up soon!

I'm following this thread bro! Keep it up! I will be starting a Phorce cycle in July with an extra bottle of CEL M-LMG to increase the dose.

I don't know if you had extra M-LMG laying around or if you just bought it, but do you think it's worth paying the extra ~$30 for a bottle of M-LMG (about as much as another bottle of Phorce) in order to up the dosage that already comes in Phorce? What's your opinion on this?

From searches I've done and replies on my other posts I was told that you really don't want to get increase the dzine dosage, but that it is alright to increase the M-LMG dose.

From personal experience, D-Zine alone is one hell of a cycle. I gained 15 lbs on D-Zine alone. I figured 23 dollars shipped for D-Zine PLUS M-LMG was a great deal! That was how i was thinking anyways.

Day 13 (Chest + Tri's) 185lbs (+2.5)<-- wtf..

Well today went great and back is fully healed. So, I have been getting pissed that I haven't been putting on weight and strangely my dimensions are looking better. Also I think I look more cut, which is weird. Well, I put two and two together and found out Arimidex keeps all that nasty water weight off and I should be gaining solid muscle which should stay with me after cycle. I guess that is some what of a good thing. I just hope I hit 190lbs before the end.

Just for anyone who is wondering if i have any sides or negative changes in body or mind..
No, not at all. I feel fine up to this point.

Also that's great to hear that you aren't experiencing many sides! I know libido was messing with you earlier; just wanted to say that I've come across a few logs where people included Stanodrol (or a similar compound) or even DHEA to help combat lethargy and libido loss on cycle -- just ideas. :)

It is the same dosage as the CEL D-Zine i took last cycle. But on that cycle I prolly have gained 10 lbs by now. But I assume that was water weight? I ran it for 4 weeks, but i am pretty sure i upped it to 3 pills a day on the last week.

Ive always been scared of DHEA because I read it can convert to either test or estrogen, and I am super sensitive to estrogen (urg!) Libido has been doing good lately, I guess it was just been my body getting used to the arimidex and phorce.

Day 14 (back+bi's) 185.5 (+3lbs)

Today, work outs went great. I kind of had a bit of soreness in some joints the first few days of the cycle, guess that was the arimidex kicking in. Now, I have no joint soreness and I feel like a king in the gym. Strength has been going way up and i can go for ever. Finally starting to kick in good. I almost want to stop eating clean and start munching out. I told myself the next cycle would be clean but damn. I also will say I havent been feeling very hungry lately, I have been literally forcing myself to eat. My gym partner (also on the same cycle - the arimidex) has also added he hasnt been too hungry either. Usually I am starving on my cycles all the time and barely could make it through my workouts without wanting to go eat a horse. Tomorrow is legs, and I am actually excited! Later gators.

So, today has been probably the most solid leg day Ive had in months. My squat literally shot up 25 lbs from last leg day. Its finally starting to kick in good, that is what I have been waiting on. My face is still crystal clear, and my back is pimple free, no oily skin or anything BUT I have noticed I have been sweating a lot and been stinking a lot easier than normal, could be the hormonal changes. Tomorrow is Chest and Tri's I am going to max out and see what we are working with.

You'll probably get a couple of bumps here and there around the back and chest areas starting around the 4th week. Then by the time you finish up and go into PCT, that's where they'll start poppin' up :crazy:

Day 16 (Chest + Tri's) 189 (+6.5lbs)

Last night I had some severe depression for some reason, just thinking about the past. But all is good today. Other then that all is well. Still clear from any sides, no achy joints or anything. I wonder if this Liv52 is helping my liver as this is my first time using it on cycle. Usually just use milk thistle. My max on bench was 260 before this cycle, today I put up 275lbs for one rep. I want to get to 315lbs before this cycle is over and I will push hard till i get there. I ended up doing 225lbs for 6 reps after my max when its usually only 3 reps after my heavy set. I took dimensions again today, I am very very happy.

Arms: 17" (+3/4")
Chest: 43 1/4" (+1 3/4")
Legs: 23 3/4" (+1/4")
Neck: 16"
Waist: 32"

Day 19 Chest+Tri's 191 (+8.5lbs)

Went out of town for memorial day, hung out at the lake, ate a lot of barbeque and had a good time. Took it kind of easy in the gym today because i have horrible burns on my back and it wasn't too nice laying on a bench with 200+ lbs being added. Still no sides at all. I decided I was going to take 1mg of Arimidex ED till the end for my last week to kickstart my PCT. Cheers.

Still, no sides. Strength continues to go up but I feel like it is starting to slow down. I am going to go ahead and run the full cycle, I feel good till this point. Hopefully I hit 195 before I am done. Today I have been thinking about the transition into PCT. Now that I am on my last week, I am taking Arimidex at 1mg ED to jump-start this PCT so hopefully the nolva has less work to do and I can focus more on just preventing rebound. I've always did OTC PCT untill last cycle and I did Nolva last time, and it completely smashed my libido, which from the research I did sounds weird, but I think I am going to start with 30mg instead of 40mg like last time and see i that helps.

Day 24 Legs+Shoulders 191.5 (+9lbs)

Strength is still good, I think I have been getting a case of lethargy because these past few days in the gym Ive had to force myself to lift hard. Could be because I have been taking Arimidex ED now and my E is dropping too low? I should say I havent much of a sex drive at this point, but also haven't had any girls over in a few as well. I think I will be switching to the Nolva in a day or two and see how much of this i can keep!


Conclusion: 9.0lbs+ and upped 20 lbs to my bench, hit 17" arms, and added almost 2 inches to my chest with almost no sides besides feeling slightly lazy. I will admit i pushed hardest on chest days because that is what I have been wanting to improve most. My fat levels have stayed about the same, and I have almost no water retention, due to the arimidex I would assume.

Taking both Phorce and D-Zine by CEL, I would say the results were VERY simular, but at this point I can not say the comparison would be fair because i took Arimidex with this cycle. I will post my final dimensions when i start Nolva, I still have a few days left, but at this point I don't see much more weight. I only gained about 5-7lbs after my last PCT so hopefully well see if the 9lbs I have now will stay.

Day 25 Chest and Tri's (192) +9.5lbs

Bench has went up a solid 20 lbs. I can also do pull overs with 100 lbs now which I was only doing 55 lbs before this cycle. I have 3 days left on the cycle right now but I dont think anything will change much at this point. Here are my final measurements.

Arms: 17 1/4" (+1)
Chest" 44 1/2" (3"!!!)
Legs: 23 3/4" (+1/4")
Neck: 16 1/2 (+1/2)
Waist: 32 1/2 (+1/2)

I am super happy about the 3" inches on my chest I really think adding pullovers to this cycle really helped build me out. My arms look like monsters. Time for PCT!

Solid gains man. Better stay on it so u don't lose it. And im not sure about when to take the nolva but I always took my serm in the morning.

Starting Nolva today. Is it better to take in morning or at night? Does anyone know?
I've seen a lot of people dosing Tamoxifen at night before sleeping, but I'm sure you would have comparable success at either time.

Definitely check back in here and let us know how things are going!

mlmg sinus problems

Hi there, just wondering if you noticed the sinus problems/cold symptoms throughout the cycle. I recently started a mlmg cycle and felt like I had hayfever/sinus/cold symptoms for three weeks, I put it down to the extra working out but as soon as I stopped the mlmg the blocked then runny nose and sneezing etc stopped. Also wondering if anyone else noticed similar effects with mlmg.

I did have some weird sinus problems at the beginning but I dont think it was related to the Pro.
