Green tea extract OK on cycle?

I regularly take green tea extract caps. I know to avoid caffeine on cycle but wondering if there's enough caffeine in the caps to make it risky.

    I typically take two 500mg caps/day. Standardized to 98% polyphenols, 80% catechins, 50% EGCG.

This is on a hdrol cycle.

    TIA

yeah man, its not going to fuk with anything. It will only boost your metabolism, the small bit of natural caffeine will not be an issue at all.

There are dumba$$'s that run ]pre WO's and fatburners while ON.
