I used to log everything in my journey and was a little burned out from logging, but I am back and will try to keep this log as up to date as possible.
Started at 265 fat as hell, out of shape with no hope. Tried dieting and lost weight, quit dieting and gained. Almost gave up and decided to try working out. What a concept right? Now I am at the gym a minimum of 4 times a week and sitting around 210lbs. The last bodyfat check I had was 11.5% at 192lbs before I went on my last cycle. My cycle was Test E with a D-Bol kick start and at the end Epi-Strong at 45mg for 4 weeks. I ended the cycle at 212lbs with a little bodyfat gain, but a good amount of muscle gain as well.
My bench went from 285lbs x 6 pre cycle to 315lbs x 8 the last week of cycle which finished on Saturday. I started my PCT with a Nolva/Clomid combo and started the MK-2866 (Osta) on Sunday. On Monday I still had all my strength and my goal for PCT is to maintain as much strength as possible. My squats also went up, but I have tendonitis is my knee and still battle a little with my torn L4/L5 disk from a little over a year ago which keeps me from pushing squats too bad.
The stuff tastes like chemical waste. I shot it straight the first 2 days, but today I mixed it with some OJ and it masked the taste somewhat. I finished Epi-Strong on Sat and my last test dose was over 2 weeks ago so I know it was not that, but on Monday I had an awesome pump that I was not expecting. I will see how things continue and update accordingly.
