    New need help. want to try masteron please help.


    Looking to start a cycle for the first time. I have been looking around and thinking about taking Masteron with some kind of testosterone.
    I am 5'6" weighing at 190lb. Age 21.
    Mainly looking to get big and loose some weight.
    My goal is to gain about 10-15 pounds of muscle and loose the weight.


    This is the first time so i would need you guys to help me out.
    Please let me know of what you think and if these 2 are good for first timers. thanks alot.

    i am thinking of

    week 1-8 400mg/w of masteron
    week 1-8 250mg/w of testosterone

    And going to take nolvadex but not sure how to cycle it.
    also need advice on the cycle if good or not.

    That's true but at 5'6'' and 190lbs that's not too bad (unless the majority of the weight is coming from bodyfat and not muscle tissue). While you're at it OP throw up your bf% along with your training experience.

    Based on your post sounds like you have a high bf%. I think you should ditch the mast and bump the test to 400-500. more research on your part is required. look into running an aromatase inhibitor and creating an outline for your post cycle therapy

    i was training when i was 15 to 19 yrs old reguraly. and went up to 185 lb. with visable abs now dont got the abs no more.
    i stoped for 2 years and started back up 1 months ago. im about 18% body fat.

    Only being back a month after a two year layoff it would be irresponsible to jump right into a steroid cycle. Especially being young, you will see great results by getting back into a routine and managing your diet better.

    With 1 month of training, you are NOT READY for steroids of any kind. Get your diet and training in order and stick to 'em for a couple of years until you know what you're doing - i.e. you begin to find yourself at your predisposed limit.

    18% is fairly high and will be easy to lower with a good diet and workout plan. Read up, make a plan and get to work, drug free for the time being.

    gaining 15 pounds while dropping bodyfat is kinda ridiculous, you're talking about gaining about 20 pounds of LBM while essentially doing a recomp which probably won't happen. Furthermore masteron itself won't cut bodyfat off you... i know a lot of people write these silly cycles and add masteron or winstrol like it'll get them lean but losing bodyfat is all about doing diet and cardio, not throwing in dry steroids. If you manage to get lean, the dry steroids will make you look better. At 18% bodyfat, masteron would be a big waste IMO.

    x2 dude. Get back in to a good diet and training regimen. When I was completely natural I used to get down to 3% bodyfat before every competition with pure dedication and workin my a** off. Just get back into a solid training and nutrition program and you will see positive results extremely quickly (especially since you have had such a long layoff). AAS are a great option once you get your frame to where it needs to be. Just set a goal right now to get your body ready for a cycle (i.e. get your bodyfat into check and get a normalized training routine back) and when you are ready for a cycle then you will be able to fully enjoy it and get it's maximum benefits instead of trying to use them as a quick way to looking good.
