    the only two things those girls have in common is their ridiculous bodies and they are both part italian. the first one is puerto rican and italian, the second one is persian and italian. now that I think about it both of them are ****ing crazy. Only started talking to the first one a few months ago after about 5 years. Bitch is cray cray.

    I really wish I had pictures of the stripper I used to date. She was the hottest girl I've gotten with. Thinking about it just makes me want to take a shower and scrub my man parts for 30 minutes.

    Yeah I know. It mostly has to do with the fact that I used to be 240. I was a football player/power lifter in high school. I hit 605 x 1 on squats as a 17 year old during camp, just to give you an idea of how much muscle I had back then. The sad thing is I wasn't even the strongest guy on my team. One guy put something ungodly like 645. I would have gotten that record if I hadn't gotten hurt.

    I'm still holding between 207 and 210, which is ridiculous. I was 155 lbs a year ago and I'm still relatively lean. I'm a little bit chunkier than I was in the picture I posted on the second page of this thread.

    Decided to try maxing out today. The rest of my work out wasn't anything worth posting. I ended up trying 285. Went up like it wasn't there. put 300 on, same result. Got up to 335 when my shoulder started to bother me. I think I could have gone up if it weren't for that. My previous PR was 315 x 1 so I'm pretty happy about that.

    I'm on 40 mg of epi right now. Tempted to kick it up to 50mg but I'm turning into a huge alpha male. I'm normally pretty beta so its funny as hell.

    Idk why but last night I was ridiculously vascular. I wish I had taken a picture of it but veins were popping out every where. I don't think I had ever seen some of the ones I had last night.

    Oh yeah, the girl I creeped on earlier at the gym had one of her boobs pop out while doing ab work out. It was a good morning haha.

    shoulders today. I was pressed for time so after my db military presses I ran everything in a circuit so I could get out in 45 minutes. Was surprisingly fun for how exhausting it was. I've got a nice shoulder pump going right now.

    I finally got a video but the guy starting recording it after I had already repped it a few times. I did it with a weight that I knew I didn't need a spot with. Am I going low enough? I think I get more ROM than most people I see doing db military. Anyways, thoughts? Guys? I want to try the 110s in a few weeks. I think I can do it. I normally can rep 100s x 5 while off cycle.



    The angle that it was filmed with makes me look like I'm slanted back further than I am. It is 1 click from being vertical.

    Looking good. I can't wait till I can throw up those 100 lb MPs too! Range looked good, I used to bring it down to my shoulder, but was feeling a little too much stress on my rotators. I have now been only barely breaking paralel with my arms. Seems to still be effective especially since I got long arms.

    day 24:

    weight: 207.3 (+12.7)

    My weight seems to have stalled at this point, which I expected. I'm debating weather or not I want to continue to eat at my current level or just dirty bulk for the rest of the time. I'm going to try getting blood work done on monday to see where my liver values are. I've been running epi at 60mg all week. Depending on how my blood comes back/how I feel, I will more than likely run epi for 2 to 3 more weeks. I can't say i've noticed any sides, no joint dryness and ever since I switched to epi-strong I haven't been having really bad sleep. The last time I ran epi I did it for 30mg for 28 days which about half way through (I'm on my second week going on to my third) I started dropping weight. Most of it was fat but I started eating fat burger every day and still was losing weight. Nothing like eating 4500 calories dirty and losing fat.

    cardio only today. I swam 1000m freestyle. I think I'm going to take off lifting this weekend. Don't want to but my body is definitely hurting.

    Range looks good, I like to DB Press overhead with a semi-supinated grip to go as deep as possible but have never seen someone else do it of their own accord.
