ok ok, so Ive been slow getting this started due to the flu delaying the start of my cycle, and then a rough week at work... but... here it goes...

my Boladrol Log!

we all know the whole deal about what this compound is by now... though no conjecture for certain of what it does... so first off I would love to thank IBE/PHF for the opportunity to log this and be a Guinea Pig.

starting stats:
5'8"
193lbs
15%bf
bicep 16"
waist 36"
quad 26"

just took a 2 month break from training as a bit of a deload after a year of going hard and heavy getting back into shape... had been at about 10%bf but, well... I went on a binge, lol.

Training Split
Mon: chest/tri
Tues: legs
Wed: Back/bi
Thurs: off/cardio
Fri: Shoulders/ chest
Sat:bi/tri
sun: off/cardo

20 min of HIIT cardo on all training days (sometimes an additional 20min at night) and 30 min on off days.

im not running this solo... also running it with
10g creatine mono a day
500mg of test
100 mcg ghrp6 in morning and at bedtime
2iu gh pwo

low dose letro as needed

Ok, well I expected the first week to be uneventful... I was wrong.
the first week was actually pretty crazy with the weight gain... now a week and a half in my stats are...

202lbs
bi 16.3"
waist 35.5"

truth is, if i respond to something i almost always respond quick and hard... but this impressed me.
My impressions thus far...
20lb increase in Incline bench in the first week.
Less joint pain.
sweating a LOT especially after the second dose of the day.

Actually this is the biggest thing im noticing... soon after taking my second dose i get the shakes and feel like im on a stimulant, also an elevated heart rate and sweating no matter what the temp... also heavy sleep sweating and a hit to my cardio performance... in many ways, its mildly comparable to tren, which may explain the results its giving.


ill give my chest/tri workouts from mon and my back workout from today here now to get this rolling... i had to move legs to thurs due to conflicts. some numbers on some exercises are low due tor recovering from injury and working around elbow pain.

Mon chest and light tris
Incline bench: 125x15, 135x10, 165x6, 165x7, 135x10
pec deck: 155x10, 165x8, 175x8, 120x15
decline hammer strength: 200x10, 225x8, 225x8, 200-135 drop set
cable flyes: (weight per arm) 65x10, 75x10, 75x8, 80x8, 65x10, 50x15
dips: 3 sets of 10
skullcrushers: 65x10, 55x15, 55x15, 45x20
pushdowns (vbar): 90x12, 110x8, 110x8, 100x10, 95x10, 95-30 drop sets 60 reps

Wed back/light bis
pullups 3 sets of 8 (damned 9 new lbs lol)
bent over rows: 135x13, 155x8, 175x5, 175x5, 135x10
pulldowns: 110x15, 150x10, 170x7, 170x7, 120x10
hammer strength low row:155x12, 180x8, 180x7, 155x10
upright row 2 sets 85lbs 15reps

Sounds as if this could be used as a cutter or bulker......

diet wise... its a bulker... but compound wise, yeah, it goes either way it seems.

im still curious about the shaking and the heat.

leg day later today...

No shaking, but I did get elevated bp after dosing, also had the night sweats. By the end of week 2 these sides seem to calm down, don't go away, but do alleviate a bit.

its like a trembling feeling... jittery.. like when i was younger and read the back of the ripped fuel bottle and took a good full dose first off and was jittery all day.

Ive noted the BP increase too... had to bump up to 2 scoops of cycle support and some nattokinase, tried without the second scoop today and was 155/73 till i took it, dropped down to 135/77. heart rate has been in the 90s too..
of course the bp could be due to the gh/ghrp too... but it spikes for sure right post boladrol dosing.

Ya androgenic hormones have that effect in some people. I would keep an eye on that bp, some hormones just don't agree with everyone.

Leg day

spent the afternoon cooking my food for the week and then went off to the gym. Not sure on weight today as i didnt have time to weigh in this morning... i was having a love affair with the snooze button.

leg workout today

Squats: 135x15, 185x10, 240x8, 240x8, 135x20
Hack Squats (Hammer): 225x8, 225x8, 135x15
Leg extensions: 185x12, 210x8, 215x8, 160-30lbs drop set roughly 40 reps
(after this quads were pumped and walking was tough)
Seated leg curl: 135x10, 155x8, 155x8
standing leg curl (weight per leg, sets done as rest pause left, right,left,right) 60x10+10, 75x10+10, 75x8+7, 55x12+10

Seated calf raise (plus bodyweight) 110x8, 90x10, 90x10, 90x10
superset with hammer strength tibia loaded with 70lbs for 15-20 reps till failure



overall good workout...knees were actually feeling decent today, probably could have squatted more, but didnt wanna risk it.

yeah... i cant use SD and gotta be careful with EQ. BP always lingers up on me after leg days...might be the not doing cardio after. *shrug* i just pop more hawthorne and natto

feeling rough today...
beginning to think its the gh/ghrp combo as im getting what amounts to a pretty large dose of gh out of it, and my hands and ankles are retaining water, im tired (not due to shutdown obv) and my bp and heart rate are up. didnt take a dose of boladrol yet today as an experiment, and no difference... still up... so im taking today off and im gonna mix my shoulders into my arm workout tomorrow (wont be the total blast of both, but gotta do whats right)... probably going to go gh free for a couple days, then continue without the ghrp and save that for when off.

hahaha edited, actually the lil lady is in the middle of redecorating so we have stuff everywhere... i get to install a new kitchen this month.

this is normally just bi/tri, but i missed the shoulder day due to the BP and heart rate issues from the GHRP combo, so its truncated with less for each part than usual.

Machine Lateral Raise: 110x10, 120x9, 130x8, 130x8
hammer curls (a bit of rack running) 40x10+30x8+20x10+15x10, 40x10+30x8+20x10+15x10

and yep, 206... though after Thanksgiving dinner with the girls family the other night (early cause everyone works thurs) i weighed 210, lol.

Diet, outside of thanksgiving leftovers has been mostly my "bulking chili" that i make weekly. its lots of peppers, five kinds of beans and 5lbs of meat.... lol

bumped up my dose from my trt of 150/wk on nov 1st and added the groth on first day of bola

just a quick update...

been a rough week at work prepping for vacation this next week.

still up in weight, holding steady at 203.

lifts still going up each week.

my liver hasnt been pissed out yet.
