ok ok, so Ive been slow getting this started due to the flu delaying the start of my cycle, and then a rough week at work... but... here it goes...
my Boladrol Log!
we all know the whole deal about what this compound is by now... though no conjecture for certain of what it does... so first off I would love to thank IBE/PHF for the opportunity to log this and be a Guinea Pig.
starting stats:
5'8"
193lbs
15%bf
bicep 16"
waist 36"
quad 26"
just took a 2 month break from training as a bit of a deload after a year of going hard and heavy getting back into shape... had been at about 10%bf but, well... I went on a binge, lol.
Training Split
Mon: chest/tri
Tues: legs
Wed: Back/bi
Thurs: off/cardio
Fri: Shoulders/ chest
Sat:bi/tri
sun: off/cardo
20 min of HIIT cardo on all training days (sometimes an additional 20min at night) and 30 min on off days.
im not running this solo... also running it with
10g creatine mono a day
500mg of test
100 mcg ghrp6 in morning and at bedtime
2iu gh pwo
low dose letro as needed

Ok, well I expected the first week to be uneventful... I was wrong.
the first week was actually pretty crazy with the weight gain... now a week and a half in my stats are...

truth is, if i respond to something i almost always respond quick and hard... but this impressed me.
My impressions thus far...
20lb increase in Incline bench in the first week.
Less joint pain.
sweating a LOT especially after the second dose of the day.
Actually this is the biggest thing im noticing... soon after taking my second dose i get the shakes and feel like im on a stimulant, also an elevated heart rate and sweating no matter what the temp... also heavy sleep sweating and a hit to my cardio performance... in many ways, its mildly comparable to tren, which may explain the results its giving.
ill give my chest/tri workouts from mon and my back workout from today here now to get this rolling... i had to move legs to thurs due to conflicts. some numbers on some exercises are low due tor recovering from injury and working around elbow pain.
