ok its thursday the third day on the monster going pretty good so far no sides at all feel really strong but were see about that in a few. m not sure how the workout wll be today ended up gettng called last night to work so i only got a couple of hours of sleep but im not tired. just took 10mg of the monster and an hour will be heading to the gym for chest and arms oh yea!!!!! my plan to day is make reecew look like a puny little baby that should be to hard today lol

bad*** workout. I did start out a little weak but id bet thats would be the lackk of sleep should of warmed up on the track to get the blood flowing but all n all i went up in eveything today had some good pumps in the arms and lots of energy once i got my blood flowing. cant wait untill tomorrow with all the supersets its going to be epic!!!!

LET ME START AND SAY THIS WORKOUT WAS HELL!!!! I WAS CLOSE TO LOSING IT A COUPLE OF TIMES BUT AT THE SAME TIME I LOVED IT WENT UP IN EVERYTHING HAD SOME GOOD PUMPS THERE STARTING TO GO AWAY NOW. BUT THATS GOOD I NEVER GET PUMPS WHEN I DO SHOULDERS AND BACK SO THATS A PLUS. STILL NO SIDES MUSCLES ARE SHOT NOW IM GLAD TOMORROW IS LEG DAY NEED SOME REST.
