    Just started my 11-Sterone & P-Stanz (8.23.10) from good 'ol CEL. My dosages are as followed......

    11-OXO
    450/600/825/825/825/825/825/825
    P-Stanz
    300/400/400/400/400/400

    Supports
    PP's Toco-8 (hairline and cholesterol), Vit C, NOW foods Co-Q10 w/Hawthorne Berry (600mg/2400mg daily)
    Fish oils and might start Cissus soon depending on how the joints feel.

    PCT will be
    N-10/10/10/10
    PP's TCF-1 as directed

    ^^^
    I feel the above will be sufficent due to both being mild PH's

    Stats
    37 yrs old
    5'10"
    205 lbs
    19% BF

    I'm hoping to lose a few % of body fat along with gaining some quality lean muscle. Cardio will be 3-4 times per week / 20-30 mins each session.

    I'm not really counting calories...mainly eating as clean as possible (with the occasional cheat meal).

    I'll be making weekly updates on my progress with before and after pics. I'll post begining pics sometime this week......GAME ON.

    Everyone talks highly about both compound so stacking them together seemed to make sense to me.

  6. Wntering my 3rd week and feeling very HARD and Vascular! Strength has gone up some but nothing crazy. Most notable thing is my muscle hardness.

    I've actually bumped up my P-Stanz dose to 450mg's daily mid week and starting tomorrow I go up to 825mgs of 11-OXO

    The only sides I have experienced were slight nausea is the begining and some BP spikes which are is check now. Not having any problems with cardio, but I do get some "chest tightness" on occasion. Other than that.... I'm loving it!

    Definatley a nice stack.... I may even wind up bumping my 11-OXO to 900 mgs. per day week 4

  13. Very curious to see your results. I've heard some solid feedback from guys getting sliced and diced while on it. Seems very hard to find here in the UK though. Have CEL stopped making it?
