Heating pad for Pin site...

Ive been reading alot of people on other forums about taking a hot shower after injecting to help out with pain and dispersing it. Its also been coming up in the gym with a few guys.

I have used a heating pad with great success...not sure if anyone else has ever tried it but post injection just crank it up and let it sit there for a while...the longer the better.

Just figured I'd throw that lil bit out there for you guys...
