I've been running a D-Zine cycle of 30/30/45/45 and it's right in the middle of my fourth week.
Unfortunately, due to problems, I won't be able to workout until next week. (I got one workout in on monday but that was it.) Should I continue my cycle a few extra days to make up for the lost time or should I still end it next monday? Thanks in advance.
