    Here is another "Help with my 1st cycle" thread


    Hi guys,

    I'm new to the forum and glad to be here. I have been doing a lot of reading on other forums and stumbled across this one, and, I gotta say, it seems as if most members are a lot more helpful here than on others. And, If at all possible, I too would like some advice on a 1st cycle.

    My stats:

    36yo
    5'11"
    218lbs
    18% bf
    training for the past 1 1/2 years
    diet is as follows:

    CALORIES 1800 DAILY
    PROTEIN 150G DAILY
    CARBS 130G DAILY
    SUGAR >30G DAILY
    FAT 20G DAILY

    1st ive been contemplating on doing a stand alone cycle of clen before i started my cycle. should this be done or should i do the clen on cycle? I was planning on running 20mcg's ed uping the dose by 20 mcg's ed till i hit 120 mcg's or until i cant tolerate the sides. Standard 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

    As far as my cycle goes, being a noobe to this mind you, I was planning on doing the following:

    test enanthate 250 - 300 mgs wk (week 1-10)
    decca 300 mgs wk (week 1-8)

    PCT: nolva 40/40/20/20 (week 12-15)

    How much of a change in mindset and especially in aggression is there on decca? I already have someone of a bad attitude.

    Any and all suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. And thanks in advance. Also, im not trying to bulk up, Im big enough for me, just want to cut up and loose more bf.

    You're a little light in the protein, and all around calorie area. Try bumping that up b4 you go straight into anabolics. You say u don't want size but you're takin juice. Its like a gay porn actor saying he's not gay, only in the movies. We don't sugarcoat anything here! Welcome to the forum.

    1800 cals is way too low (for your size)
    150gs protein is way too low (for your size)
    20g of fat is too low
    8 weeks of deca seems pointless to me (takes 6-7 to actually kick in)

    If you're looking to cut up, get your diet in check first. You dont need AAS.

    tren and deca...AND NO TEST?


    Got to have some test in there if you do go through with it. This is my first post but even I know that. Sounds like diet and cardio would give the results you're looking for though.

    Geezus! I didnt even realize that he wrote tren E, and not test E! Guess I gave the guy too much credit, lol.

    Just give up the idea of using AAS for awhile.

    1st off, in my origional post I did make a mistake. It was supposed to read Test Enanthate and not Tren. Massiah, thank you for the comment. I do understand that I will gain size, which is ok to a certain extent. im already, in my opinion, a pretty big guy, and I am mainly looking to cut.

    unc21, you say my diet in general is too low. It seems to be working ok for me and what i want to do. can you elaborate on your statement? and stateing 8 weeks of decca seems pointless??? could you elaborate on that a little also.

    Not trying to be a jerk here, just trying to get some real info and help and reasons why you should or shouldnt. Thats why the thread is about help for a first cycle.

    I wouldn't be doing test and Decca to cut up as they are bulking steroids . If all you are looking to do is cut up just do some hiit and get some clenbuterol on the go

    We would need more information about your workout schedule; 2-a-day'er? Cardio in the morning / powerlifting at night? Or just weights? You're looking to get cut, but reguardless of your fitness goals, you want [in my opinion, ATLEAST] 1 gram of protein per body pound.

    I'll leave the Deca question to someone more experienced

    I would try some carb cycling and see if it's right for your body before diving into AAS. Cutting is pretty easy. Its just a matter of diet.

    Ok, if your diet is working so well for you, then why do you need AAS?

    8 weeks of deca is pointless, because it takes 6-7 weeks to actually kick in. With proper research, you would know this. Also, as others have mentioned, deca is not a cutting steroid essentially, even though you can bulk or cut on any steroid, its all based on diet.
