I'm new to the forum and glad to be here. I have been doing a lot of reading on other forums and stumbled across this one, and, I gotta say, it seems as if most members are a lot more helpful here than on others. And, If at all possible, I too would like some advice on a 1st cycle.
training for the past 1 1/2 years
diet is as follows:
CALORIES 1800 DAILY
PROTEIN 150G DAILY
CARBS 130G DAILY
SUGAR >30G DAILY
FAT 20G DAILY
1st ive been contemplating on doing a stand alone cycle of clen before i started my cycle. should this be done or should i do the clen on cycle? I was planning on running 20mcg's ed uping the dose by 20 mcg's ed till i hit 120 mcg's or until i cant tolerate the sides. Standard 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
As far as my cycle goes, being a noobe to this mind you, I was planning on doing the following:
test enanthate 250 - 300 mgs wk (week 1-10)
decca 300 mgs wk (week 1-8)
PCT: nolva 40/40/20/20 (week 12-15)
How much of a change in mindset and especially in aggression is there on decca? I already have someone of a bad attitude.
Any and all suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. And thanks in advance. Also, im not trying to bulk up, Im big enough for me, just want to cut up and loose more bf.
